Lower-Console Cup Holder
Cup holder developed and physically installed for a first-generation BMW 1 Series interior. The retained files are the latest creator-supplied right- and left-hand supported variants; earlier revisions are preserved in the source archive but are not submitted. Use a heat-resistant cabin material and confirm local clearance before driving.

N42 / N46 Camshaft Timing Tool Set
Three-piece service-tool set for BMW N42, N46, and N46T engines: intake camshaft lock, exhaust camshaft lock, and the creator's strengthened M8-bolt VANOS gear counter-holder. The creator reports using the tools repeatedly and revised the counter-holder for the specified tightening procedure. This is an engine-specific workshop aid, not a substitute for BMW service information: inspect every print before use, follow the applicable repair procedure and torque sequence, and stop if any cracking or deformation is visible.
Automatic-Headlight Switch Knob
Direct replacement cap for the automatic-headlight rotary switch used in BMW E82 and E88 1 Series, E90/E91/E92/E93 3 Series, and E84 X1 interiors. The keyed hex and rotation stop reproduce the functional interface, and the creator shows the printed knob installed. Reuse the original switch mechanism; no complete headlight-switch assembly is included.

Armrest-Clearance Cup Holder
Three-piece cup-holder assembly tested in a 2010 BMW E87. It relocates the drink above the original low cup recess so taller containers can be used without the armrest interfering. The retained package contains the adapter, bridge, and cup cradle. Use a heat-resistant cabin material and verify secure engagement before driving.

Door-Pocket Cup Holder
Two-piece removable cup holder for early BMW 1 Series door pockets. A separate interference-fit hook supports the holder in the door pocket; the creator sized it for takeaway cups and drinks cans and supplied a physical print photograph. Print in PETG or ABS for cabin heat resistance and confirm retention before driving.

M47 Oil-Filter Housing Socket
36 mm, half-inch-drive oil-filter housing socket physically tested on the M47 diesel engine in a BMW E87 1 Series. The creator printed it at 90% infill, shows it seated on the filter cap, and reports successful use. Use a tough material, inspect the drive and hex surfaces before use, and replace the print if it shows cracking or rounding.

Left Air-Vent Gauge Holder
Two-piece replacement for the left dashboard air-vent position in a BMW E87, combining the vent housing with a round gauge/display holder. The creator's gallery shows the assembly installed in the vehicle. Confirm the instrument diameter and preserve safe driver visibility before installation.

Centre-Console Cup Holder and Coin Tray
Cup holder and 50-cent shopping-token recess for left-hand-drive first-generation BMW 1 Series centre consoles that lack the factory holder. The creator installed the printed assembly with double-sided tape and reports secure use. Both the single-piece model and the split top/bottom alternative are retained. PETG or ABS is recommended for summer cabin temperatures.

Factory Cup-Holder-Socket Phone Mount
Phone-mount bracket for the factory accessory cup-holder socket in BMW E81, E82, E87, and E88 interiors. The current creator photographs show the bracket installed with a circular magnetic phone interface and also show the loose physical print. Only the bracket is included; choose compatible phone hardware and confirm that the device does not obstruct controls or driver visibility.

Door-Lock Knob
Measured replacement door-lock knob for a BMW F20 1 Series. The creator modeled the original knob directly, printed it, and shows the replacement installed on the door lock pin. Confirm the bore and free lock movement before use.

Climate-Control Knob Cover
Press-fit cover for the deteriorating climate-control rotary knob in a 2013 BMW F20 1 Series. The creator refined the fit through five iterations and shows the cover installed over the original knob. Use a cabin-temperature-resistant material and check that the control rotates without binding.

Console-Side 17 mm Phone-Mount Ball
Low-profile 17 mm ball mount developed for the BMW F20 1 Series center-console side panel. The creator attaches it with double-sided automotive foam tape, shows it installed with a phone holder, and reports no problems in use. Print in ASA, ABS, or another cabin-temperature-resistant material and keep the device clear of controls and driver sight lines.

Cup-Holder Key Tray
Two-piece key tray shaped for the BMW F20 and F21 1 Series cup holder. The body and upper tray are bonded after printing, and the creator shows the assembly installed both empty and holding a key. Use a heat-resistant cabin material and verify that the tray remains secure before driving.

Airbox Sound-Intake Insert
Two-piece intake opening developed and physically fitted to the airbox of a BMW F20/F21 1 Series. The creator states that it is intended to add intake sound, not power; the cutting profile and finished insert are both included. Keep the factory filter path intact, use an engine-bay-temperature-resistant material, de-burr the airbox opening, and inspect the installation for secure retention and contamination paths before running the engine.

Washer-Fluid Filler Funnel
Reusable washer-fluid filler funnel for the BMW F20 filler neck. This revision adds an O-ring groove for a stable, sealed seat, and the source image shows the printed funnel in use while filling the reservoir. Select a fluid-compatible material and remove the funnel before closing the bonnet.

Parcel-Shelf Cord Eyelet Repair
Two-piece clamp eyelet that repairs a broken parcel-shelf lifting cord on a BMW F20 LCI II without replacing the complete shelf. The creator shows the installed repair and supplies an original-project file alongside the printable mesh. Cut the cord only after confirming final length; use fine layers, verify that the clamp closes fully, and add adhesive if needed.

Center-Vent Phone-Mount Adapter
Adapter that clips around the BMW F20 center ventilation grille and accepts the creator's screw-mounted phone cradle. Multiple source photographs show the current revision installed. Use ASA, ABS, nylon, or another high-temperature material; inspect the clips for cracking and ensure the phone does not obstruct controls, airbag deployment, or driver visibility.

Charging Cup-Holder Phone Stand
Cup-holder phone stand with a Lightning-cable passage, documented by the creator for BMW F20 1 Series and F30/F31 3 Series interiors. The gallery shows the stand installed, holding phones, and routing the charge cable. Add a thin foam or rubber liner as suggested, use a heat-resistant cabin material, and confirm secure phone retention before driving.

Qi Wireless-Charging Console Pad
Custom-fitted charging pad for the center-console storage recess of the BMW 1 Series F70 (2024 onward). The creator shows the finished pad, its underside with the charger electronics, and the completed installation in an F70. It requires an INIU 15 W Qi charger, careful disassembly, and a shortened USB-C lead soldered to the charger PCB. Use a heat-resistant material, have the electrical work performed by a competent person, insulate and strain-relieve all connections, and stop use immediately if the charger or phone overheats.

Armrest Storage Organizer
Drop-in organizer tray for the deep center-armrest storage compartment of the BMW 1 Series F70 (2024 onward). Dedicated sections hold coins, keys, charging cables, and a French motorway toll tag. The creator's photographs show the printed organizer installed in the armrest and loose for inspection. Use a cabin-temperature-resistant material and confirm that the armrest closes and latches normally without pinching cables.

Narrow-Bottle Cup-Holder Insert
Cup-holder insert developed and physically used in a 2016 BMW M2 F87 to keep narrow bottles upright. The source shows the printed insert installed beside a bottle. Print in PETG, ASA, ABS, or another cabin-temperature-resistant material and confirm the bottle remains secure without obstructing nearby controls.

N55 Manual Clutch-Alignment Tool
Round and splined clutch-alignment tool variants designed for BMW N55 cars with the GS6 manual transmission. The creator printed the tool for a 2015 F22 M235i clutch replacement and verified the splined version during installation. Source fitment also names N55 E82, E9x, F3x, F10/F11, and F22/F23 cars. Use only on the specified engine/transmission combination, compare pilot and spline dimensions before use, and do not treat the printed tool as a torque-bearing service tool.

Extended Wireless-Charger Slider
Replacement slider for the factory BMW wireless-charging cradle that increases usable phone length to approximately 168 mm. The creator documents F2x, F3x, F8x, and I01 cradle compatibility and shows the printed part installed and measured. Print in PETG, ASA, ABS, or another cabin-temperature-resistant material; verify latch engagement, charging operation, and secure phone retention before driving.

330 ml Can Cup-Holder Insert
Cup-holder insert for 330 ml beverage cans in BMW F22 and F87 interiors. The creator uses it in an F87 M2 and shows both the empty insert and a can seated in it. Print in PETG, ASA, ABS, or another cabin-temperature-resistant material and confirm the can remains stable without obstructing nearby controls.

250 ml Can Cup-Holder Insert
Cup-holder insert for 250 ml beverage cans in BMW F22 and F87 interiors. The creator uses the matching design in an F87 M2 and provides installed physical views. Print in PETG, ASA, ABS, or another cabin-temperature-resistant material and confirm the can remains stable without obstructing nearby controls.

32-Ounce Cup-Holder Extension
Cup-holder extension designed and physically installed in a BMW F22 2 Series to move large 32-ounce cups clear of the dashboard while retaining the original recess as small-item storage. Plain and roundel variants are included. The creator reports good retention with a small shim and uses heat-resistant PETG-CF. Verify fit, cup stability, and clearance from controls before driving.

Rear-Vent Airflow-Linkage Repair
Replacement linkage between the rear center-console vent thumbwheel and airflow flap on BMW F45/F46 Active Tourer and Gran Tourer, including pre-LCI and LCI. Remove the vent assembly for access, verify linkage orientation, and use a cabin-heat-resistant material.

Parcel-Shelf Retaining Hook
Replacement hook that retains the cargo cover in position on the BMW F45 2 Series Active Tourer. Creator photographs show the physical hook installed; compare mounting orientation and clearances before fitting.

Console-Storage Phone-Mount Base
Four support-free mounting-base variants that clip into the small center-console storage pocket of BMW F45/F46 models. Includes fixed and rotating plates; rotating versions use an M5 nut and 12–20 mm bolt. Use PETG, ASA, or ABS rather than ordinary PLA.

RHD Armrest-Compartment Organizer Tray
Organizer tray for the compartment beneath the armrest in right-hand-drive BMW F45 Active Tourer and F46 Gran Tourer models. The source photograph shows the printed tray installed; this fitment is RHD-specific.

Parcel-Shelf Rubber Buffer
Flexible replacement for BMW rubber buffer 51466967605, creator-tested on an i3 and catalogued for F45, E81/E87, F20/F21, I01, and X1 E84. Print in approximately 85A TPU and cut out the temporary support tab after printing. Within the combined E8x generation, documented fitment is E81/E87 only.

Energy-Drink Can Cup-Holder Adapter Ring
Short adapter ring that centers narrow energy-drink cans in the factory cup holder of BMW F45 Active Tourer and F46 Gran Tourer models. The creator physically tested the reduced-height ring and photographed it installed.

Cup-Holder Coin and Lighter Insert
Round organizer insert designed specifically for the factory cup holder in BMW F44 2 Series Gran Coupe models. It provides five coin slots, a BIC-lighter pocket, and an open storage compartment. The creator recommends PETG for cabin heat resistance; verify the approximately 80.4 mm outside diameter against the vehicle before printing.

AUTOID Rear-Arch Stand-Off Spacer
Replacement stand-off spacer for fitting AUTOID rear carbon-fibre wheel-arch extensions to the BMW G42 M240i. The source is specific to that aftermarket arch kit and does not establish G87 fitment. Print in ASA, ABS, nylon, or another exterior-grade heat- and weather-resistant material, and verify the 12.4 mm diameter, 26.05 mm height, fastener engagement, arch alignment, and wheel/tyre clearance before road use.

Door-Sill Trim Panel Clip
Replacement clip for BMW door-sill/entry trim panels. The creator explicitly lists E21, E30, E36, E39, E46, E81/E82/E88, F20, E85 and related applications and identifies genuine BMW clip 51471840960. Verify the receiving-hole and trim thickness before fitting.

320i Window-Crank Retaining Clip
Working replacement retaining clip for the manual window crank of a 1982 BMW E21 320i. The creator reports the reinforced full-base iteration stays installed; other E21 crank variants were not claimed. Print solid and verify positive crank retention before use.

M-Technic-Style Shift Knob
Printable M-Technic-style shift-knob replica documented for BMW E21 and E30. The source shows a finished physical print and provides sanding and polishing instructions. Verify selector-shaft engagement and secure retention before driving; this is not represented as an original BMW component.

Front-Grille and Valance Expanding Nut
Replacement expanding nut for securing front trim, grille and valance pieces on the BMW E21. The creator physically fitted the part and recommends flexible, heat-resistant PETG at full infill. Confirm hole diameter, screw engagement and trim retention.

Rear-Shelf 4×6-to-6.5-Inch Speaker Adapter
Adapter for fitting most 6.5-inch speakers at the factory 4×6 rear-shelf positions of a 1981 BMW E21 320i without cutting new holes. The creator reports successful physical fit and sound. Check magnet depth, shelf clearance, fastener security and wiring before installation.
Recaro Seat Upper Outer Cover
Replacement upper outer plastic cover for BMW E21 Recaro seats. Mirror the geometry for the opposite side. BMWFans identifies 52101877057 as left and 52101877058 as right across E21 variants; verify seat type, side and mounting points before fitting.

Two replacement seat-rail grommets tested on a European July 1982 BMW E21 323i. The filenames reproduce the two catalog shapes for BMW 52101807432 and 52208238999. Confirm seat-rail version, market and grommet position before installation.

Cable and Loom Holder
Replacement cable holder corresponding to BMW 61131267476. The creator notes that ABS prints are less flexible than the original and accept a smaller loom or hose. RealOEM and BMWFans list the holder for E21 among many classic BMW applications; only E21 is linked here because the source does not enumerate chassis.

BBS-Mahle KBA40179 Wheel Center Cap
Center cap designed and physically fitted to the 6×13-inch BBS-Mahle KBA40179 BMW Motorsport wheel used on E21. Refurbished wheels may vary, so test one cap and verify secure retention before road use. The badge number mentioned by the creator is not assigned because it identifies the separate adhesive emblem.

Wiring Clip
Dimensioned replacement wiring clip for BMW E21, E28 and E30, physically shown in use. BMWFans identifies the two creator-listed catalog applications as cable clamp 63121364431 and clamp 61131362825. Use heat-resistant material and verify loom diameter and mounting-hole retention.

Replacement trim ring or rosette for the manual sunroof handle on BMW E21, E28 and E30. The creator reports original-location fit and identifies BMW trim ring 54121867887, independently listed for E21 by RealOEM/BMWFans. Verify sunroof-handle version before fitting.

Door-Lock Knob Sleeve
Replacement door-lock knob sleeve for BMW E21, E28 and E30, enlarged slightly for improved fit and physically demonstrated with the matching knob. The creator's two catalog references cover both sleeve and knob; neither is submitted here because public catalogs did not unambiguously map one number to this modified sleeve.

Door-Lock Knob
Replacement door-lock knob for BMW E21, E28 and E30, physically shown beside the original hardware and designed to work with the original or matching printable sleeve. The creator's mixed knob/sleeve catalog references are intentionally omitted. Verify pin diameter and retention.

Dome-Light Switch Knob
Dimensioned replacement switch knob for the Hella-style interior dome light used in BMW E12, E21 and E30. Physical prints are shown on the lamp. The creator-listed numbers identify complete lamp variants rather than this knob, so no parent-assembly number is submitted.

Fuse-Box Cover
Press-on replacement cover for the original BMW E21 fuse box. The creator physically installed the ASA print and notes that the 220 mm model can be split and solvent-welded for smaller printers. Verify clearance, electrical isolation, heat resistance and secure retention.

15-Inch BBS RZ Style 5 Centre-Cap Set
Four-part replacement centre-cap system for 15-inch BBS RZ Style 5 wheels used on E30. The creator prototyped and fitted it, documents assembly and temperature-resistant materials, and advises checking the printed nut position regularly. The separate 68 mm badge number is intentionally omitted.

Seat-Rail and Seat-Belt Nut Cover
Replacement trim cover for exposed E30 seat-rail and seat-belt anchorage nuts. Match the installed fastener size and ensure the cover does not interfere with seat travel or belt hardware.

Headrest-Post Cover Pair
Inner and outer replacement covers for E30 headrest-post openings. The creator reports they function, though less precisely than the originals. BMWFans identifies the matching inner and outer covers as 52101838969 and 52108191245; verify position before fitting.

Reinforced fastening repair for the E30 centre-side or B-pillar trim cover, copied from the original attachment and intended to be bonded to the broken cover. The creator-listed 51431933731/732 references are parent trim covers, so no OEM number is assigned.

Coupe Dome-Light Mounting Bracket
Replacement headliner bracket supporting the dome light in an E30 coupe, physically compared with a failed original and installed. It is not claimed for convertible bodies; sedan fitment was not independently established. BMWFans confirms bracket 54121884483.

Ignition-Lock Trim Ring
Replacement E30 ignition-lock trim ring reproduced from a broken original and shown fitted. BMWFans identifies ring 32311162057. Confirm steering-column trim version and do not obstruct key or lock-cylinder movement.

Kidney Grill Clip Replacement
Mounting clip replacement for the BMW E46 kidney grill. The kidney grills are held in place in the bonnet through flexible lips, which become brittle with time and heat exposure. My car is 14 years old and the kidney grills had lost their grips a while ago and were about to fall over. The quick fix was to string them up from the inside, but hardly an elegant fix for a BMW! Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Oil Filter removal tool
I used it for my BMW E46 and it is very sturdy. You can use a 32mm Hex Nut or a 1/2" square wrench to open the oil filter cap. The Tool on the picture was an earlier smaller version but it broke. Use the specified automotive-grade material, keep the tool square and inspect the serviced component before reassembly.

Trunk bottom support pad (convertible/coupe)
I lost my cap some time ago and I found one here, but not for my model and not in design I wanted. Therefore I did model for my car. It is tested in e46 convertible, but probably will fit coupe and maybe also other models. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Glovebox USB
If you don't use the flashlight in your e46 BMW glovebox, here is a nice USB port adaptor that will plug right into the dash and give you two switched ports! I removed the center of the flashlight receptacle with a screwdriver and removed the pins, which are reused in the new adapter. Print both pieces, then wire two of these buck converters with 18AWG wire. There is not a lot of space, so you need to be delicate. Pin closest the the edge is negative. Solder the lead wires to the pins before inserting from the bottom - be careful not to insert too far. Push the assembled converter into the receptacle, push the female connector housing onto the back, plug in the wire from the car and re-inser Fuse and insulate any added wiring correctly, secure it from chafe and confirm the circuit remains serviceable.

Door Trim Clip
I recently got a new (used) BMW E46 and noticed the panels that run along the top of the door had been damaged by the previous owner. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Speaker adapter rings (woofer and tweeter)
These are speaker adapter mounts for BMW E46 front doors. There is a mount for both the tweeter and woofer. The mounts are designed for a JL Audio C3-525 component set but I have included generic .stp files for the mounts to adapt the design for your speakers. The woofers are screwed into the printed adapter rings and then the factory mounting screws are used to fix them to the door card. The tweeters clip into the mount with a twist and are held with integrated springs. The tweeter mounts also re-use the factory screws to hold them to the door cards. Left and right are exactly the same and there is no need to mirror the mounts. These fit perfectly and I have had no issues after a month of i Fuse and insulate any added wiring correctly, secure it from chafe and confirm the circuit remains serviceable.

Compact Rear-Shelf Retaining Clip
When I bought a E46 Compact it had broken rear shelf retaining clip. So whenever I opened the trunk the shelf would hang randomly in the air. Also it made closing the trunk hard, as it jammed between the trunk lid and the body of the car. So I decided to make a model of the broken shelf clip, that came with the car. It may need some sanding or filing to achieve a better fitment in the shelf steel tube. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Positive-Terminal Base Cover
Mine got lost, so I decided to make one! Print in PETG or other heat resistant filament. BMW (E46 3 Series, E83 X3) Battery Positive Terminal Base B + - Cover Cap (61138371011) Fuse and insulate any added wiring correctly, secure it from chafe and confirm the circuit remains serviceable.

Facelift Kidney-Grille Clips
This is an updated set of Murat's clips which fit on the facelifted E46 kidney grills (My car is a 2002 325i wagon) and work without any filing / cutting / modification of the 3D printed part. How to use: Follow Murat's instructions for trimming the existing clip sockets on the kidney grill plastic (leaving ~1mm left + socket depth). Install as suggested by them (use a small flathead screwdriver or similar to pry the metal tabs of the hood into the printed groove on the clips. My printed parts are numbered and lettered to indicate where they go on the grill. How to read the number/lettering: When standing in front of the car and looking at the grill, there is a Left and Right grill. On each Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Convertible Wind-Screen Cap
My wind screen mounts got old and broke off, and I don't have a wind screen. These are designed to cover up the gaping hole. Not a perfect fit but definitely good enough - it won't fall out. PETG or ABS required for a hot car. Use exterior-rated material and verify secure retention, sealing and adjacent-panel clearance.

Seat Adjustment Knob
A Friend of mine lost one of the adjustment Knobs of his E46 Cabrio, you can buy it for the bargain of 180€, after 1h of modeling in Fusion360 the cost sank to 50ct a piece Confirm seat movement, belt access and occupant clearance before use.

M3 Valve-Shim Tool
I designed this valve shim placement tool to aid in my recent valve adjustment on my 2004 BMW E46 M3. After viewing the picture of this special tool online, I decided it wasn't worth the money to order one, so I purchased some magnets and printed one instead. The magnet I used is a 8mm(0.315") Diameter x 3mm(0.118") Height, and was embedded into the base during the printing stage. I used the color change feature of PrusaSlicer to stop the print before the top layer and inserted the magnet. I printed both parts out of PETG and glued them together with cyanoacrylate. The tool was tested on my engine and worked perfectly. I even did the hard to reach rear valves with this homemade tool. Use the specified automotive-grade material, keep the tool square and inspect the serviced component before reassembly.

Cupholder Expander
[*TIRES SQUEAL AROUND TIGHT BEND* "Ugh, there goes my polar pop!"] Don't let this be you! This E46 cup holder expander will give your large size beverage a more comfortable place to rest. I have designed this one using Fusion360's shape optimization (hence the crazy design). Feel free to edit as you please and make the cup holder fit your favorite oversize mug or water bottle using the attached Fusion360 File. Enjoy. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Convertible Hardtop Covers
My wifes car was equiped with a Hard top, but during summertime the hardtop is removed and there were these big gaping holes in the plastic trim. Apparantly there is a cover that fits there, but they cost aroun €60-80, each.. Can't have it that way and i wont pay that crazy amount for some plastic. Designed my own and sanded and plastidipped in black.. Looks good enough for me.. If you don't want to make one self, search for these part numbers on ebay or your local bmw dealer. 51717022385 51717022386 PS: The bunny ears will break, so just break them of before mounting.. They never aligned up but the part will not fall away.. it is snugg fittment. :) Use exterior-rated material and verify secure retention, sealing and adjacent-panel clearance.

Touring Hatch Carpet-Panel Repair Clips
The carpeted panel on the interior of the E46 touring hatch is tricky to remove, and often the retaining clips are broken. I have created these two clips which can be epoxied in place to return normal function. In order to use them, completely cut the broken part of the clips out as shown in the photo then, use an epoxy like JB Weld liberally - the holes provide a mechanical bond for the epoxy. Note there are a right and a left. I did not create the center clip. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Rear Seat-Back Panel Repair Clip
Replacement upper retaining clip for the rear front-seat back panel, modeled from the surviving seat-panel clip profile and physically compared with the panel. The nearby V5BB Brombeer catalog number identifies the complete parent panel and is intentionally omitted. Confirm seat movement, belt access and occupant clearance before use.

Windshield-Washer Filter / Strainer Holder
Many of these filters for the windshield washer reservoir get's broken and fall down into the water. The design is using the filter of the old holder and fits nice into your windshield water reservoir. Cut of the filter from the old holder. Glue it on the bottom. Cut off everything protruding. Done! The bar helps you to get the filter out for cleaning. Use heat-, UV- and fluid-resistant material and verify full wiper or washer clearance.

Rear Armrest Cupholder
Cupholder insert for the rear armrest of BMW E46. The backing is inserted under the leather. Use the backing to mark the location for your cuts. A single slit in the center "web" is also needed to get the backing into the armrest. Carve out the foam as needed to clear the cupholder. Insert the backing, insert the cupholder and use 6 wood screws to hold them together. The screws I used have 4mm outer thread. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Power window carriage
Greetings. At the moment, the model has already been strengthened and differs from the photo! There was a lot of window play in my E46. the glass rose heavily and crookedly. after disassembling the power window, it became clear that there was strong wear and tear and a large backlash. The brace does not come as a separate spare part, and you cannot buy an official one separately. My model is not perfect, it is robust, reinforced. Copes with its function. Window regulator carriage, right door, farthest from the motor v7. home plate (m) the following model, using the native metal plate in the link Dry-fit before fastening and verify glass, latch, wiring and trim clearance through full operation.

Coupe glass mirror riser (RHD to LHD, LHD to RHD)
i bought RHD mirrors to my LHD e46 non-M Coupe and I created this raisers in order to get a better view angles (close to regular mirrors). This can be use to rise the angle of either side of the mirror and can be used in both mirrors. So with this you can "transform" RHD to LHD and viceversa. Dry-fit before fastening and verify glass, latch, wiring and trim clearance through full operation.

Sliding Rear Ashtray Cover Door
Hello this is an alternative sliding cover for rear console ashtray in an e46. Both my brothers and my e46 were missing the covers and its a bit of a pricey piece to replace for what it is. I printed in PLA+ with layer lines running against the slats to prevent breakage. Id recommend something like PETG but so far so good in our cars! Included is a 10min test piece file to check fitment and flexibility of your material. You can bend bottom of the cover gently to the curve of the slot before inserting first time to make it go in smooth. If the top of the cover with handle isnt flush when first installed you can bend it up a bit until its flat. I did what I had to do make it work with PLA+ so Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

All 3 parts on my Cults profile: 3D MODEL DESCRIPTION Side BMW E46 interior mounts for windshot. All 3 parts are combinable with the original parts, so you dont have to print all 3 parts and you can choose only these you need. 3D PRINTING SETTINGS I printed in PETG - original settings. Automaticaly generated supports in Prusa Slicer are totally ok to remove. After printing, I recommend to lubricate screw with the nut before tightening. PLA will not be durable enough for outside conditions, so PETG, ABS or ASA are ideal options. Use exterior-rated material and verify secure retention, sealing and adjacent-panel clearance.

Cable clips. headlight

M54 Crankshaft-Seal Removal Tool
I used this tool to remove the crankshaft seal on the M54 engine timing cover. To use it properly, you must place the removal tool from the inside of the timing cover, pushing the seal out towards the outside of the timing cover. Use a mallet and some patience to get it out. Use the specified automotive-grade material, keep the tool square and inspect the serviced component before reassembly.

Center-Support Bearing Press Tool
This is for installing a new center support bearing on your E46 driveshaft without risking damaging the bearing. Simply apply some lubricant where the bearing will seat onto the driveshaft and slide bearing on. Then use the tool to hammer in the bearing. It is easier to do with 2 people or if you can stand up and balance the driveshaft with your legs (Ask me how I know). Use the specified automotive-grade material, keep the tool square and inspect the serviced component before reassembly.

Confirm body and lamp variant, secure every fastener, and verify weather sealing and legal lamp operation.

Hazard / Lock Button Cover
My dog rides shotgun and would always step on the hazard button when getting in and out, or when I left him in the car. I made this button cover to prevent paws from being able to activate the buttons, but still allow a finger to hit them easily. This is a friction fit in my car and doesn't move around at all. I sanded the top surface in the main picture. source openscad file is attached. Print Settings Printer Brand: PowerSpec Printer: PowerSpec 3D Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm layer height Infill: 20% Notes: printed upside down Post-Printing I sanded the top surface to make it a matte finish so it doesn't stick out in the car. Print in a heat-resistant engine-bay material and verify sealing and clearance.

Shift Boot Bracket
This is a remixed version of the original thing posted here on Thingiverse, which is a shift boot bracket for the BMW E46 3 Series. It has better strength as with the added fillets and the clips are thickened as well as enlarged for better fitment. It will fit both RHD and LHD BMW E46 and will provide tight fitment. If you are planning to install with thick Alcantara leather boot, then it will be wise to scale it down a bit to 96-97% scale but if you are just planning to use faux leather boot, then at 100% scale it will be just fine. Use custom support blockers to increase the infill density of the clips to 99% for added strength. Print it in ABS or PETG because PLA will definitely deform du Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Windshield Cowl Seal Repair
Cut off the remains of the rubber part on your windshield cowl and attach these printed ones. OEM PART: 51718208483 Mirror the end part to use it on the other side. Print multiple mid parts to cover the entire length. Printed from Fillamentum Flexfill 89A. Using 0.15mm layer height is important as there is a steep overhang on the part, which wouldn't print well using thicker layers. The end part might not fit perfectly but it did the job already so I didn't tweak it anymore. Use heat-, UV- and fluid-resistant material and verify full wiper or washer clearance.

Touring Roof-Rail Gaskets
Seals for the BMW E46 320i Touring for the roof rails. Print settings: Material: Filaflex Semisoft Supports: No Layer height: .3 Infill: 40% Use exterior-rated material and verify secure retention, sealing and adjacent-panel clearance.

cap nut for engine cover
This is a nut for the engine cover as seen in the second image. It works for e46 316i,318i and 320i, possibly for other models that have the same nut. Note: you will need an O-ring or rubber washer (⌀10mm) to prevent unscrewing due to the engine vibrations, the original nut has one too. You'll need ABS filament or PET-G, PLA filament will break after a couple of months. Print Settings Printer Brand: Artillery Printer: Artillery Hornet Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25 Filament: ABS or PET-G Notes: minimum 3 perimeter for Vertical shells Category: Automotive Use the specified automotive-grade material, keep the tool square and inspect the serviced component before reassembly.

Magnetic Rear-Seat ISOFIX Cover
Isofix cover for BMW E46 I was missing one of the isofix covers so I modeled and printed this one. It's not a perfect copy since I added a bit of thickness in some parts to make it stronger. You can see in one of the images the differences between the original and the 3d printed part. For this one the ABS filament is required since the PETG & PLA are not rigid enough. Added a magnetic version, magnet can be glued in place, 20 x 10 x 3 mm magnet size. This alleviates the need to print the part in ABS for strength. Print Settings Printer: TwoTrees Bluer Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Filament: Generic ABS Black Notes: Category: Automotive Confirm seat movement, belt access and occupant clearance before use.

Wiper clip
So I broke my wiper clip while replacing some other stuff on the car. There's not really a viable/economical replacement and original part does not take well to super glue. I started from another STL and modeled over it in fusion. Then did a couple of test prints and iterated as I went. Depending on your tolerances, filament, and shrinkage, you may have to fiddle with the final dimensions. Printed in PC-ABS. It doesn't fall off when using the windshield washing function. idk if I'd use it in a rally race. Use at your own risk. Use heat-, UV- and fluid-resistant material and verify full wiper or washer clearance.

N42 86 mm Oil-Filter Housing Wrench
Sixteen-flat 86 mm service wrench for the oil-filter housing on E46 models with the N42B18A engine, designed for a 12.5 mm square drive. The creator shows the physical tool on a ratchet. Use a strong heat-resistant material, keep the wrench fully seated and follow the BMW service torque for the housing cap.

Compact Front 165 mm Speaker Adapter
Front-door adapter for installing a 165 mm speaker in the E46 Compact, whose factory speaker differs from other E46 bodies. The creator documents the original door, factory speaker, printed adapter and finished installation. Dry-fit before fastening and verify glass, wiring, cone and door-trim clearance through full window travel.

Sun Visor Clip
Print a cheap replacement for OEM E46 sun visor clips. I recommend printing at 100% infill to prevent splitting at layers when installed. I had good success with a 98A TPU filament at 100% infill with supports on. Just give extra support spacing with TPU and use a torch after to lightly clean up any strings. Wouldn't recommend PLA due to the high temperature that the inside of vehicles can see during the summer heat. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Coupe and Convertible Speaker Adapter Set
Five-piece adapter set for 165 mm midrange speakers and 44 mm tweeters in Euro-spec E46 Coupe and Convertible doors without factory Hi-Fi or Harman Kardon. The creator documents the original mounts, printed adapters, driver assembly and installed sound-deadened doors. Verify speaker, wiring, window and door-trim clearance before fastening.

Roof Rails Replacement Part
When I bought some roof rails, the flaps for the screws to not scratch the paint had been broken off. So I threw this quick redesign together. It's mostly a replica with slight adjustments for better printing. DO NOT USE PLA, PETG, OR ABS You should consider a high-quality, very weather and outdoor-resistant filament. I used CPE CF112. Alternatives may include PA CF12 or PP. Print slow. Low to no fan. The chamber should be at least 40°C for best layer adhesion. Works best with 100% infill. Sadly I could not find the specific part number for this, I've heard a simple washer should do just as well. However, I'd like to keep it as original as possible with this, as it also helps with alignment. Use exterior-rated material and verify secure retention, sealing and adjacent-panel clearance.

Pioneer GM-D1004 Amplifier Bracket
This bracket allows to mount the Pioneer GM-D1004 amp in place of the factory amp in the trunk. I used PETG and it works fine. Put some automotive Tesa tape on the metal ears before sliding the bracket to dampen vibrations. If You are missing a mounting screw or nut here are the codes: 07119902932, 61131372033. Fuse and insulate any added wiring correctly, secure it from chafe and confirm the circuit remains serviceable.

Boot handle fix
Print these to fix the broken boot handle on your BMW. Theyre designed so they squeeze in the holes, creating some tension to be able to screw the handle to the car. The “center” ones are for the 2 center bolts, the “side” ones for the outer ones. Fits nice and neat on my 2003 e46 Touring, may need some slight adjusting but worked well enough for me. Use exterior-rated material and verify secure retention, sealing and adjacent-panel clearance.

Coupe Front Speaker Reduction Adapter
Front-door reduction adapter physically used in an E46 325Ci Coupe to install a 5.25-inch Kicker speaker in the factory 6.5-inch position. The source shows the printed ring, driver assembly and door fitment. Use sealing foam as documented and verify cone, magnet, wiring, window and door-trim clearance before fastening.

touring trunk cover handle
Do NOT print it in PLA, it will deform/melt. Printed with supports. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

LHD Ashtray USB Holder
Filament: ASA Supports: Yes (As Applicable) Infill: Minimum 15% Brim: Yes (As Applicable) Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Touring Trunk Caddy Bracket
These are brackets to mount an oddments tray (part no 51478230573) that is used in sedans instead of CD changer in the trunk. The brackets allow mounting the caddy in touring as well. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

vent 52mm gauge pod
We did 6 different version to get it in the angle that it faces the driver. We had a tight fit so it did not need any mounting to the dash, but maybe some glue or other adhesive wouldn't hurt. Printed flat down on the surface, with ABS+ to resist the summer heat in the car. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Switched 12-Volt Ashtray Insert
Replacement ashtray insert with space for a switch that disconnects the E46 always-live cigarette-lighter outlet. The creator documents the physical insert, wiring and installed switch. Use an automotive rated switch and protected wiring, retain correct fuse protection, insulate every terminal and confirm the ashtray closes freely.

4" speaker adapter for lateral trim panel rear
E46 4" Speaker Adapter for Coupe/M3 This adapter screws directly into the original speaker pod. The threads are slightly loose, allowing space for Teflon tape. I applied Teflon tape to ensure a secure fit and prevent the speaker from vibrating loose over time. The speaker is fastened with M4 screws, with a little dab of loctite on them. Dry-fit before fastening and verify glass, latch, wiring and trim clearance through full operation.

Ashtray Storage insert
Inserts into the stock E46 ashtray, should be friction fit. I included all of my files, with the following features: .stl with the holder cutouts intended for my own use, Hörmann Garage Door Opener, a ISO/IEC 7810 ID1 cutout and a generic one to use the remaining space .step without cutouts for your own modifications .f3d so you can look at my bad modelling skills and also make your own modifications I would recommend to print this in ABS, PETG may be fine but PLA will 100% shrink if your car heats up. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Dashboard Button-Strip USB Holder
This is a custom USB holder designed to replace the button blanking strip on a BMW E46 dashboard – the one next to the ASC/DSC button. It’s a remix of another model, but with serious upgrades: ✅ Now with 3 Holes : I added a third port so you can mount a standard car charger PCB . Just remove the plastic casing and drop in the board. Works perfectly with generic AliExpress/Amazon 12V USB chargers. 🔩 Rear Clamp with M3 Bolts : The back has a clamp system for a solid hold using M3 bolts and heat-set inserts (not required, but highly recommended). 📐 Includes STEP File : I reverse-engineered the original STL in Fusion 360 and included a clean STEP file for anyone who wants to customize it further Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Switch Cover
Print with a filament that can survive the temperatures in the car. I have added the step so you could add buttons or anything else if you want. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

repair wheel for the armrest joint
I created this repair wheel for the armrest, since it most often breaks or cracks in the joint, this wheel is installed and inserted in the place where the spring was originally. (and stick there) Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Floor Mat Retention Clip
Got tired of the Velcro pads failing constantly, forcing me to adjust the floor mats every damn time I got in the car. This is my solution. Printing: Small part, so go 100% infill @ .2 or smaller Button face down Organic supports on crossmember PETG pref Install: Remove existing Velcro pads. Align floor mats. Eyeball orientation and location of vertical slot through carpet. Large swiss army knife blade is more or less perfect height. Cut a vertical slit through the carpet into corresponding chassis slot. Pass clip through carpet, into retention slot, and use a nickle/quarter to lock the clip into place. vroom vroom. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

coin holder tray
This tray replaces the rubbery insert in the coin holder trim on the E46. Mine had begun to degrade, looking waxy and crumbling. I printed this from 85A TPU to replace it. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

coupe / convertible - support 25mm door tweeter
This adapter was used to mount a 25mm twweter of u-Dimension EL Comp 6 system into BMW E46 coupe. You need to print an aditional RH version of LH model provided below. Dry-fit before fastening and verify glass, latch, wiring and trim clearance through full operation.

rear carpet cover broken clip holder repair
Doorstep broken clip holder part replacement. Designed to have large surface area for glue to properly hold it. I have also designed the clip, check my other designs. Print with 5+ walls vertically oriented , and glue it on the bracket with 2 component glue for best results. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Oil-Sump Drain-Plug Access Cover
Replacement oil-sump drain-plug access cover for E46 and Z4 E85/E86 undertrays. The creator corrected the screw-hole location and removed reinforcement that caused the physical print to warp. Use an underbody-rated material and verify screw retention, exhaust clearance and complete undertray seating.

M54B22 Intake Smoke-Test Adapter
80 mm intake adapter for vacuum or smoke leak testing on the E46 M54B22, designed around a standard automotive valve and physically demonstrated on the engine. Use only at low diagnostic pressure, keep foreign material out of the intake and remove the adapter before starting or driving the vehicle.

M-Sport Front Tow-Eye Cover
Replacement tow-eye opening cover for the E46 M-Sport front bumper, refined through several physical prototypes and shown installed. The creator notes that standard SE geometry does not fit this bumper. Use exterior-rated material and verify secure retention without obstructing the tow-eye opening.

M54 Engine Air-Intake Duct
Two-piece M54 engine air-intake duct physically fitted to the E46. BMWFans, RealOEM and Hubauer cross-confirm genuine BMW intake tube 13717509118 for the matching M54 and M56 applications. Use a heat-resistant engine-bay material and verify air-box sealing, bonnet clearance and freedom from belts and fans.

Rear Ashtray Slider Cover
Made this few years back. Still intact till today. Drop a comment for feedbacks Printed in ASA 100% fill. ABS or others Enable "Detect Thin Wall" Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and confirm secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Light Drain Plug
The original plugs in the drain/vent of the e46 are cracking or missing, print a new one! Print it in TPU and install in the car. May be compatible with other cars of the brand but i didn't have others to try. Verify secure retention, weather sealing and legal lamp operation before driving.

Under-Seat Vent Grilles
The BMW E92 has under-seat air-con vents which are prone to getting small objects kicked down them by rear seat passengers. Worse, there a small gap between them through which coins and the like can end up under the carpet where they then rattle annoyingly. Getting them out is a real pain an requires the seat, and possibly the speaker under it, to be removed. These simple grills clip over the vents preventing small objects going where they shouldn't. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Bonnet Release Handle
I broke my bonnet release for my e92 so printed a new one with the BMW logo in it. It is considerably stronger if printed in PETG and it a perfect fit Use exterior-rated material and verify secure retention and adjacent-panel clearance.

325i Clutch Alignment Tool
This tool perfectly aligns the clutch friction plate for a BMW E90 325i with dual mass flywheel and self adjusting clutch. On the gearbox side of the tool there is a 7.1mm dia hole so that it can be tapped to M8. I recommend printing in PLA with 100% infill. Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.

Front-Wheel-Arch Headlight Access Cover
Here I leave the headlight cover, located on the mudguard of the front wheel, is a piece very easy to lose and so I leave here the model to be able to print the fleeces own covers. Mine is already 1 month and I have not lost it or left, my BMW is an E91, but I think it serves in all E90 series. I leave the files in solidworks if they want to improve. Good impressions !! Greetings BMW Confirm body and lamp variant, secure retention, weather sealing and legal lamp operation before driving.

Pre-LCI Right Headlight Washer Cover
12.03.2019 2mm wider version added. it is suitable for 2005-2009 e90/e91 BMW. it is right side, but you may mirror the item by using Cura's x or y axis mirroring feature. i did not test for left side. But it should be. 3D PRINTING SETTINGS infill %15 layer 0.20mm 0.80mm, perimeter 2, 0.4mm nozzle Please share your photos, i will appreciate to you, it is really important for me. Confirm body and lamp variant, secure retention, weather sealing and legal lamp operation before driving.

Positive Battery Terminal Cap
This is the cap for the positive battery terminal for a BMW E90. It should fit just about any BMW. Use automotive-rated wiring and connectors, retain fuse protection, insulate every terminal and verify unobstructed operation.
Console 12-Volt Accessory Plate
When I bought my e91 it had no front console cigarette lighter which meant I had to use an after market accessory plugged into the armrest socket. The unit was then wedged between the console and the passenger seat. Less than ideal. This plate fits in the ashtray hole and has a cut-out to accept an after market twin socket adapter which can be commonly found online or in value stores. I desinged this in sketchup and have included the SKP file in case anyone would like to remix it. Happy Printing Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Large Console Cup Holder
The cup holders in my 325i are small and work with anything bigger then a 12oz can. I designed this cup holder fit large insulated tumblers like the Yeti. The top 2 pieces need to be glued together. Gorilla glue works well, but any plastic glue should work. I used a hot glue gun to secure the base to the center console of the car. The hot glue works well and can be removed without any damage to your car. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Front Parking-Sensor Aperture Plug
This is my first 3D design. I needed this to plug holes in my bumper without buying parking sensors. It fits nicely, although I used some epoxy glue to be sure it stays in. Use exterior-rated material and verify secure retention and adjacent-panel clearance.

Undertray and Splashguard Plastic Nut
The is a model of a BMW E90 plastic nut. These nuts are used in the undertray, splashguard and several other places in the vehicle. The nut itself is unthreaded since it is screwed onto a thread cutting fastener. The inner diameter of the nut is 4.25mm. The nut fits a 10mm wrench. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Manual Shift Knob
Shift knob designed for e90 but may fit others. Clips on and does not rotate (careful of breakage if you try to twist it!) Fits fine, but is a bit light. Would be a nice print in transparent colors. Difficult to remove without breaking the teeth! (the knob teeth not yours) Please share your makes :) Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

E92 Seat-Belt Presenter Hook
Seat belt hook attachment for BMW E92. Simply attach with a high quality double sided tape. Confirm normal seat, belt and presenter movement and keep the printed part outside the restraint load path.

N47TU Clutch Alignment Tool
Clutch alignment tool for BMW E90 - engine type n47tu - place some tape around the spindle on the tool to make a firm fitting. Custom designed in TinkerCAD, whipped it up in about 15 minutes after googling the dimensions and worked great!!! Originally bought a kit with multiple sizes of spindle and none of the sizes supplied fitted, so, 3D printed this instead and worked better than spending £25 at my local auto-parts dealer for the kit!! Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.

OBD-II Socket Cover
OBD2-Cover for BMW e90/e91 Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Dashboard Air-Vent Lever Repair
In my BMW E91 were the Air Vent Levers missing. The original replacements cost a fortune, so i designed some by myself. Print them with PETG or similar. I recommend to print the fork with hinge part. Use the Fork and the Lock File only if you want to print them separately. For the stripe you may want to change the color, so i made it one part for manual color change by a certain height and two parts for MMU printing. You should add a raft under the Leverpart for better bed adhesion on the very small parts lying on the bed. Print them in the provided orientation Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

LCI Valeo Headlight Rear Cover
hi this is my custum made for led back cover lights bmw e90 318i valeo lci ligts please use support my paypal is: sezgin9716@hotmail.com thanks :) Confirm body and lamp variant, secure retention, weather sealing and legal lamp operation before driving.

Non-iDrive Console Can Holder

M47N2 Air-Intake Hose End Repair
This is a fix that I made for my 2007 BMW 320D air intake back in 2014. The M47N2 engine air intake hose has rubber ends which start to break over time, so instead of spending >30€ on a new OEM part (13717795284), I decided to make a fix of my own, as I had a 3D printer at home at that time. People keep asking me for the STL, and since I no longer have my own server, I decided that it's time to upload it here. NOTE: it's a tight fit so you'll most likely have to remove the whole 3 connecting parts of the intake as a single unit when trying to get to the engine (only 4 screws though, so it's not a big deal). Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.

Boot Toolkit Reversible Screwdriver Handle
BMW Toolkit screwdriver. I designed this for E90 toolkit, as they stopped supplying these in the trunk after E46's. I spent ~$10 for a Phillips/flathead screwdriver from an online OEM supplier. This vehicle uses solely Torx fasteners, so a Phillips/flathead does me no good. This design allows you to use an off the shelf 2" long 1/4" bit extender. Then you can add whatever bit you'd like. Such as any size Torx bit, any size Phillips, or a flathead. It doesn't quite fit in the toolkit, some trimming would be required as the extender is thicker than the stock neck. However it will fit nicely, and the trimming is easy. The extender is a friction fit, but using an 0.2[mm] nozzle, it is TIGHT. It is also worth noting that this screwdriver has a 10mm box wrench on the bottom, and an 8mm box wrench on the top, but you have to remove the extender to use that one. Replaces BMW PN 71111179629 Shoul Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.

Non-iDrive Console Cup Holder
So I was looking for a fitting cupholder for my BMW E90 tray and couldn't find one which wasn't too big. This one fits to your BMW E90 without the big navi and without the iDrive knob. I made 3 versions which can fit 250ml, 330ml or 500ml cans (Germany/EU). With the big one, the walls might get too thin, read below. It fits very good to the tray, I use it everyday. This was designed to be printed with PLA, if you use ABS you might upscale it. Also, you can print it on the flat surface with my tag without supports. If you like the design, leave a tip :) *** Update 27.06.20 Someone requested a wider hole (currently 57mm) for norwegian 500ml cans. Uploaded another version with 66mm. Walls get very thin and cut, NO guarantee for good results as I won't try it! *** Update 11.07.20 Was shopping a german/EU 330ml can and couldn't fit it. So I made the hole slightly wider (59mm) to fit these. Ha Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

No-Drill Boot Hook
Can be installed in preexisting holes, no drilling necessary. BOM: 2 x M4x10 screws 1 x M4x50 screw 3 x M4 nuts Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Inbay Wireless-Charger Console Mount
This is a nice update for us with older E90 BMW's This will allow you to mount a universal Inbay wireless charger. This seems to work well and looks like a factory addition. It will take place of the front pocket in the console or the ashtray if it was equipped. This bracket will mount directly inplace of the old insert. Powering up the device: I did not have the ashtray so I was able to wire this into the power of the usb in th back of the console. you can access this easily by removing the rear vent panel. you can also pull out the plastic rear vent tubing with a little force to more room. You will tap into the Brown/ Ground and the Red/ +12V going to the usb in the rear console. LED Light: As an option I have added some holes for the LED light on the side of the charger. you will need to source a thin fiber optic cable and use the included plastic insert to fit the bigger hole. you wi Use automotive-rated wiring and connectors, retain fuse protection, insulate every terminal and verify unobstructed operation.

Rear Bumper Tow-Eye Cover

E91 Boot 12-Volt Socket Blank
This is a cover to replace the 12v point in the boot/trunk of an E91 ( check for other models similar) with a blank plate. For fitment insert widest plastic tap to top and tap/hammer upwards. Then support the plastic of car from behind and push/hammer in. Push down to seat and stop it falling out. Cleaning up of carpet and plastic edge of hole may be required. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Dashboard Trim Retaining Clip
The dashboard panel around the start button in my e92 began falling off due to a failed clip. I left it like this for quite awhile then the passenger door wood panel also fell off so I decided to design both clips to replace the broken ones as they cost more money than im willing to pay for original and aem ones dont last one use. I printed them with support on their sides so the opening is going up and down as this doesnt rely on layer adhesion for strength. "dash clip 1" is the dash clip "clip 3" is the door clip Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Interior Panel-Lock Tool
A little tool I printed to turn those pesky panel locks on my BMW E90 without instead of marring the edges with a big screwdriver. Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.

N52 Oil-Filter Housing Socket
Socket for removing oil filter from BMW N52 engine. Adapts to 32mm 6 or 12-point socket. Likely works on other BMW engines as well - I just don't know which ones. I printed out of PETG and had no issues. Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.

Air-Vent Louver Linkage
This connector moves all the louvers in the vent together. Originally is made of metal and super thin. Printed with 100% infill Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

M57 Self-Adjusting Clutch Alignment Tool
This is clutch alignment tool for BMW self-adjusting clutch. I used it on 2007 BMW E93 with M57 engine, but it could be used on other BMWs with SAC. You will need M6 bolt to use this tool. I print it with 50% infill using PETG, but PLA should work just fine, as you shouldn’t need much force to pull the tool out if you installed and torqued everything correctly. It has been printed on Prusa MK3S printer. Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.
335d MAF-to-100 mm Intake Adapter
MAF adapter for a 335d to a 4" flange cone filter. Takes the oval and turns it into a circle for mounting a cone filter. I used RTV silicone to attach it to the MAF (it's a very tight fit), once it sets clamp on your filter. Designed so the air is funneled in... Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.

Compatibility: BMW E90 M3 BMW E92 M3 BMW E93 M3 Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Rear Window-Sunshade Clips
A friend of mine has an E90 and lost the clips that hold the (rear) window shades in, he was looking everywhere for them and couldn't find any at a reasonable price so I had a crack and modelling and printing them for him. They're pretty close to the original design and have similar properties when printed with PETG. I thought I'd share the model in case anyone else is also struggling to find them. If you encounter any issues let me know and I'll tweak the design for you. I'm unsure of their BMW part number, but the sun shade is 51462359741 . Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Dashboard Air-Vent Adjuster
I created this for my 2011 E91, but it may fit others. Just pull the other parts out of the vent and snap this one on. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Washer-Fluid Reservoir Cap
Just a replacement washer fluid reservoir cap for a BMW E92. Insert included if you would like to print in a contrasting colour. Recommend printing upside-down, flat on the print surface. I know these are cheap to buy but “I can 3D print that!” Use fluid-, heat- and UV-resistant material and verify full wiper and washer clearance.

Console Cup Holder with 12-Volt Port
I added a 29mm cigarette lighter hole and a bmw logo on top of Fix3D:s model. You should probably use the original model's slicer settings. I used mostly default settings and the print could have come out better:) The bottoms of the holes are pretty thin and the other one broke on me while removing from the print bed, so I printed some BMW coasters with a diameter of 65mm and put them in the holes to hold the drinks. Printed in PETG basic Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed operation.

Windshield-Cowl Access Plug
I used petg for this use organic supports Use fluid-, heat- and UV-resistant material and verify full wiper and washer clearance.

Cabin-Filter Housing Front Mount
Use ABS preferably but it wont get that hot up top where this print is located so anything will work Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.

2011 Self-Adjusting Clutch Centering Tool
This is a centering tool designed for the precise installation of a SAC clutch disc between the flywheel and the pressure plate on a BMW E90 from the year 2011. Due to its adaptable design, the tool may also be compatible with models from earlier or later production years. To assist with model adjustments or integration, a STEP file of the tool has been provided. The tool was 3D printed using PLA+. Standard PLA should also be sufficient, as the component is not subjected to significant mechanical stress during use. After successfully mounting the preloaded SAC pressure plate, the centering tool must be removed before installing the transmission. This can be done by pulling it out using a screw or a pair of pliers. Use the tool only for the documented engine or transmission, keep it square and follow the BMW service procedure and torque values.

E92 Seat-Belt Presenter Extension Hook
This model replaces the chrome cap of the BMW coupe E92 extender arm with a hook that grabs the seatbelt successfully much more often than the original design. Designed to be a near perfect fit with the OEM shape. I recommend printing in ASA or ABS for the high temperatures in a car. The OEM piece easily comes off with a pry tool, then you can attach the 3d printed models with a strong double sided adhesive ( Confirm normal seat, belt and presenter movement and keep the printed part outside the restraint load path.

Center-Console Phone-Cradle Delete Tray
Replacement storage tray for the center-console cavity left after removing the factory phone cradle in a 2013 BMW 320. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the part and verify secure retention and unobstructed vehicle operation.

Manual-Clutch Pedal Stop Set
TPU clutch-stop set in 10, 12, 14 and 16 mm heights for manual BMW F3x models; the creator reports the 16 mm version installed with the factory clutch. Use the specified material, inspect layer adhesion and fit, and stop if the part interferes with safe service or pedal operation.

Trunk Bag Hook
Two-piece fold-down bag hook designed and physically demonstrated in the trunk of a BMW G20 3 Series. Install with an M6 nut, a 25–40 mm M6 socket-head bolt and a temporary nut-retaining aid as described by the creator. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, confirm the mounting point is structurally suitable, keep the load light and verify the hook and cargo cannot interfere with the trunk lid, wiring or emergency equipment.

MagSafe Console Charging Insert
Console insert for BMW G20 and G21 3 Series cars without the factory wireless-charging trim, physically shown installed after removal of the original rubber mat. It accepts an Apple MagSafe puck, a 90-degree USB-C adapter and a slim 12 V USB-C adapter. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, secure and protect the cable, preserve access to controls and cup holders, and confirm the phone remains retained without obstructing driving controls.

All-Weather Floor-Mat Badge Brackets
Left and right replacement brackets for retaining the metal badge inserts in BMW G20/G21-family all-weather floor mats. The creator reports iterative fit testing and explains that the metal tabs pass through the bracket openings before the bracket is press-slid into place. Use PETG or ABS, fit only to the mat badge area, and verify the mat remains fully anchored with no loose piece or raised edge near any pedal before driving.

Convertible Cup-Holder Key-Fob Clip
Clip-on key-fob holder designed and physically demonstrated in the cup-holder trim of a BMW F33 4 Series Convertible. The creator confirms the fit in his F33; no fitment to visually similar 1–4 Series interiors is inferred. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, dry-fit the clip, and verify that it cannot obstruct the controls, selector, handbrake or cup-holder use.

Convertible Roof-Frame Strip Clip Repair Set
Replacement clip and glue-in double-stud repair for broken F33 Convertible roof-frame moulding retainers, designed on and physically demonstrated with a 435i F33. The BMW clip file corresponds to superseded 51 76 7 162 587, now 51 76 5 A71 150; the custom glue-in double stud is not separately serviced and no moulding assembly number is assigned. Use heat- and UV-resistant material plus high-strength compatible adhesive, follow the creator's hook orientation, and verify full roof travel, strip retention, drainage and sealing before driving.

Coupe Cup-Holder Wireless-Charger Stand
Three-piece detachable Qi charging stand physically demonstrated in the center cup holder of a BMW F32. It uses a user-supplied silicone Qi charging pad and routes its USB cable through the cup base; other chassis fitments are not inferred. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, electrically sound charging hardware and protected cable routing, and verify secure retention, cooling and unobstructed controls before driving.

Coupe/Convertible Phone-Cradle Delete Tray Set
Upper and lower storage trays with cutting templates for the F32/F33 center-console cavity after removal of the original phone cradle. The creator physically demonstrates both the shallow installation and the optional deeper cut-out; the cutting templates are retained as functional parts of the set. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, protect wiring before any cutting, deburr the opening, and verify secure fit and unobstructed console operation.

RHD Quad Lock Vent Mount
Vent support for a Quad Lock phone interface, physically demonstrated on the right-hand-drive driver's-side center vent shared by the creator-listed BMW F30, F31 and F32. Fitment is limited to those bodies and RHD placement; F33/F36 and LHD fitment are not inferred. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, tighten without damaging the vent, and verify full vent, display, control and sightline clearance before driving.

520 Sun-Visor Retaining Clip
Replacement center retaining clip for the sun visor of a BMW E12 520. The creator physically fitted the part and recommends PETG, ASA, ABS or another cabin-heat-resistant material; PLA can deform in summer. BMW catalogs identify the equivalent ivory holder as 51161870863, superseding 51161820684; the photographed black print is a user-selected reproduction color, not an OEM color claim. Production date and trim variants can differ, so compare the two-hole base and visor-rod diameter before fitting.

Front-Valance Bracket Set
Three-piece replacement bracket set for the BMW E28 front lower valance: left, center and right. The creator states that the parts fit in the stock locations and replaces factory brackets that commonly break or go missing. Use a UV- and heat-resistant engineering material, verify the valance variant and compare the mounting-hole geometry before fitting.

4×6 Front-Speaker Cover Spacer
Spacer and washer for fitting an upgraded 4×6-inch front speaker in a BMW E28 while retaining the original speaker cover. The creator confirms that the hood-release lever still clears the speaker and specifies longer #8×1.25-inch oval-head screws with #6-32 speed nuts. Check speaker depth and fastener clearance before final assembly.

Musway ME462 Speaker Spacer Set
Front and rear spacer geometry with locating rod for installing a Musway ME462 coaxial speaker in a BMW E28 sedan. The creator reports that the adapter set fits perfectly. This is specific to the stated speaker footprint; compare the mounting pattern, depth and trim clearance before printing for another driver.

Adjustable Clutch Stop
Adjustable clutch-pedal stop body for manual-transmission BMW E28 and other listed classic BMW chassis. Assembly requires an M10 screw, two M10 nuts, a 40 mm washer and a genuine-style rubber cap. Adjust only far enough to remove excess pedal travel while preserving complete clutch disengagement, then lock the nuts securely and re-check operation before driving.

Early Steel Wheel-Cover Retaining Clip
Replacement plastic retaining clip for the classic 14-inch steel wheel cover used on early BMW E28 cars. BMW catalogs identify the clip as 36131125740, used with wheel cover 36131125718 through September 1984; it is discontinued with no cataloged supersession. Verify the wheel-cover style and production date before use, and inspect every clip for secure retention.
Manual-Sunroof Crank Knob
Replacement rotating knob/head for the manual sunroof crank of a BMW E28. The creator printed the part in PLA; PETG or ABS is preferable for a hot cabin. BMW catalogs supply the knob only with the complete crank handle, so no parent-assembly number is assigned. Confirm crank-pin diameter, trim color and production-date variation before fitting.

Shifter-Boot Retaining Frame
Replacement manual shifter-boot retaining frame for BMW E28 and E24 interiors. The creator measured an E28, fitted the design in the car and recommends PETG because PLA prototypes softened in cabin heat. The test car has a short shifter; correct worn or misadjusted linkage rather than relying on this frame to solve reverse-gear interference.

Rear-Sunshade Lower Hook Holder
Two alternative lower hook-holder geometries for the BMW accessory rear roller sunshade: an original-dimension version and a tighter-fit version tested in an early 1985 car. BMW references include discontinued white accessory hook 82129413177 and anthracite holder 51461905393, which supersedes 51461887130. E28/E30 body, production date, color and accessory installation vary; compare the no-screw-hole mounting style before use.

Wiper-Arm Nut Cover Cap
Replacement cap for the windshield-wiper arm retaining nut on BMW E28 and E30. The creator reproduced the current shape from an original part and reports a perfect fit. BMW number 61611370387 is the black covering cap, used on the passenger side of LHD cars and driver side of RHD cars in the creator's application; confirm side, arm style and production date by VIN.

Rear-Sunshade Roof Hook
Replacement roof hook for the accessory rear roller sunshade used on BMW E28, E30 and E34. It was reproduced from an original part and physically installed. BMW accessory number 82129413178 identifies the discontinued black two-piece roof-hook set; 82129413177 is the different white lower-hook style. Confirm headliner mounting, accessory configuration and color before fitting.

518i M10 Throttle-Linkage Nipple
Replacement throttle-body linkage/cable nipple for the M10-powered BMW E28 518i; two identical pieces are required in the catalog assembly. The design is based on an original part and includes print-orientation guidance. BMW number 13541286378 is cataloged specifically for E28 518i M10 applications and selected M10-powered E30 models, not every E28 engine.

Glovebox Mount Reinforcement Bracket
Reinforcement bracket that replaces the flat nut at an E28 glovebox mounting point. Three prints and one M4 nut per bracket position are required to reinforce all mounting points. The creator used ABS+ and shows the parts fitted to the glovebox panel. Check screw length and ensure the bracket does not distort the glovebox shell.

Front Strut-Mount Cover Cap
Protective cap for the top of the front strut mount on BMW E28 models. The creator printed it in PETG and road-tested the design for 5,000 miles before release. BMW catalogs identify the equivalent 28.5 mm covering cap as 31331124335; do not confuse it with the separate dust-protection collar 31331110196. Verify top-nut and mount dimensions before use.

Center-Console Cup Holder
Drop-in cup holder for the BMW E28 center console, shown physically installed beside the shifter. The source is dedicated to this chassis and released to the public domain. Confirm console shape, shifter travel and access to adjacent controls before use; finish or pad contact surfaces as needed to prevent trim abrasion.

Headlamp Adjustment Tool
Hand tool for aiming classic BMW headlamps that use a 3/8-inch square plastic adjuster, including E28, E24 and E23 lamps. The source provides 60, 100 and 150 mm shaft options and recommends a stiff filament. BMW numbers 63121362049 and 63121369857 identify the nut and screw being adjusted, not the printed tool, so no OEM number is assigned.

Interior Tweeter Pod Pair
Left/right interior mounting pod for adding tweeters in a BMW E28. The photographed print is installed in the car; the opening is intentionally generic, so select a tweeter that fits or design a separate driver adapter. Confirm mirror-image orientation, trim contour, sight lines and airbag-free mounting location before drilling or fastening.

Clip-In Gear Knob Set
Four clip-in replacement gear-knob shapes for the BMW E34 and the creator-listed classic BMW chassis. The design was developed around the common BMW latching stem and includes an installed physical example. Confirm the lever's clip profile and preserve full shift travel before driving; the grouped API fitments reproduce only chassis families explicitly listed by the creator.

Center-Console Cup Holder
Two-piece cup holder physically fitted in the center-console tray of a 1990 E34 525i. Its foot resists tipping, the lower bore is 64 mm and the upper opening is 82 mm with a mug-handle slot. Adjust the press fit in the actual console before bonding the halves and check shifter and handbrake clearance.

HVAC Actuator Arm Clip
Replacement clip copied from the surviving original on an E34 climate-control actuator. It snaps into the actuator while the flap-control arm clips into its center. Print in a heat-tolerant engineering material and compare both snap features with an intact original before cycling the HVAC system.

Headlamp Adjuster Clip
Replacement internal clip for E32/E34 headlamp adjusters using the M5×0.8 bolts in headlamp assemblies 63121394252 and 63121378368. Those numbers identify the surrounding assemblies rather than the printed clip, so they are not assigned as OEM numbers. Reuse sound adjuster bolts and verify beam aim after installation.

Rear Window-Regulator Bushing
Two-piece repair bushing for the riveted rear window-regulator slider used on BMW E32, E34 and E36. The creator built it for a personal repair so the original rivet can remain in place, and retained the two halves with friction plus an O-ring. Inspect the regulator, lubricate the guide correctly and confirm smooth glass travel before refitting trim.

Glovebox Hinge Repair
Replacement lower glovebox hinge reproduced from the intact hinge in an E34 and physically installed. It substitutes an M6 screw and nut for the original locking lever; two hinges are used per glovebox. Tighten only enough for free movement and confirm the door latches without stressing the glovebox shell.

Triple 52 mm Gauge Console
Center-console housing built and installed in an E34 for three 52 mm auxiliary gauges, with an on/off switch and two USB sockets. The source also identifies E32 fitment and supplies a wiring diagram. Treat it as a housing only: use fused automotive wiring, preserve control clearance and verify console dimensions before trimming or upholstery.

Trunk-Carpet Lock Clip
Replacement medium-gray lock clip for the E34 luggage-compartment carpet, reproduced against the original shown by the creator. BMW catalogs identify the exact component as 51478102980, produced from April 1988 across E34 sedan applications with LHD/RHD and manual/automatic variants. Match carpet and trim hole condition before use.

Lower Side-Panel Clip
Replacement push clip for attaching the lower interior side panel in a BMW E34. The source is chassis-specific and supplies the mating clip geometry. Compare stem diameter and panel thickness with the surviving fastener and use a flexible, heat-tolerant material so removal does not damage the trim.

Automatic-Shifter Slide Cover
Flexible replacement strip for the E34 automatic selector gate, with a 16 mm opening for the shifter stalk. The creator specifies TPU at roughly 50% infill. Verify selector travel through every position and ensure the strip cannot bind, bunch up or interfere with the shift-lock mechanism.

Early LOW-Cluster Odometer Gear Set
Three replacement gears for the mechanical odometer in the early E34 LOW instrument cluster. The creator limits the set to start-of-production through September 1990 clusters used in 518i, 520i, 524td, 525td and 525tds variants. Compare the cluster face and tooth counts before disassembly; later or HIGH clusters are not represented.

Dual Center-Console Cup Holder
Dual cup holder installed in the center-console tray of the creator's classic BMW and explicitly released for E32/E34 preservation. It is a distinct two-container layout from the selected single-cup design. Verify tray width, handbrake and selector clearance, and secure the insert so it cannot move under braking.

Black Dash Blank
Replacement black blanking cover for an unused dashboard switch opening on BMW E32, E34, E36 and Z3. The source gives interchange number 51161963979, which BMWFans confirms as black cover 1963979 produced from April 1987; the alternate 51161963987 could not be catalog-confirmed and is intentionally omitted. Check color, opening and switch-bank configuration.

Automatic Climate-Control Retaining Clip
Replacement retaining clip for the automatic climate-control unit in an E34 M5. The creator physically installed the PETG print, sanded the nibs slightly and reports that it holds the unit. This differs from the separate HVAC actuator-arm clip; compare the installed clip and remove only minimal material for a secure snap fit.

Touring Telephone-Antenna Cap
Thread-forming replacement cap for the roof telephone antenna on an E34 Touring. The creator printed it in PETG, formed the thread with gentle heat and painted the physical part satin black. This is body- and antenna-option-specific; confirm the Touring roof fitting and thread diameter before heating or installation.

Rear-Reflector Retaining Clip
Replacement clip for retaining the rear lamp reflector on a BMW E34 when the small fastener is damaged but the reflector assembly remains serviceable. The source shows the original lamp hardware and recommends PETG with tree supports. Compare the clip pocket and reflector condition before installation; no parent lamp number is assigned.

Sunroof-Control Headliner Cover
Replacement 158.2×191.0×12.8 mm headliner cover for the E34 sunroof-control area, supplied as STL and STEP and shown against the installed roof console. The creator recommends ABS or PETG at full infill. Verify sunroof switch, interior-light and headliner opening configuration because option and trim variations are not interchangeable.

Battery Retaining Spacer
Battery-retaining spacer reproduced from BMW component 61211350825 for E30, E34, E39 and E46. BMWFans identifies it as spacer 1350825 and confirms those chassis among broader BMW usage. Match battery size, tray slot and hold-down engagement, and do not use it to compensate for an incorrect battery or damaged clamp.
Floor-Mat Retaining Fastener
Update: Few of those broke using PLA 0.8 width, infill 10-25%. I suggest you print with 3 layers width (or more?). I will do a redesign to fix the weak point from printing prescriptive. This is my design for BMW floor mat holder (E36 E46 E38 E39) . Top part fits nice and works like a charm. I would say it even holds better than original one. As for the washer (bottom one) I haven't got it in real life so I've designed whatever I thought was suitable. Tested with PLA. Lay it down to print upside down. For now tests are held only in V1 version. Version 1: - Design created. Printed with CURA supports Version 2: - Added supports included in file. Gap is 0.15mm - Redesign of top part "head" - Added washer BMW part number (exemplary) 51478116564 51478183027 51478183028 51478183029 51471881521 Only the creator-tested V1 fastener is retained; the untested V2 washer and supported variant are excluded. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Rear Sunshade Hook
This is a rear window sunshade hook for BMW E39. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Headlamp Adjuster Pair
These headlamp adjusters are for the BMW E39 series (5-series from 1996 onwards). The originals are made of some material that gets super brittle with age, and pretty much self destruct. Thus making the headlamps aim far too low, and wobble when driving over the slightest dump. BMWs own solution is to supply new lamps as complete units, price probably approaching $1000. To fix, you need to take the headlamp units apart, which is actually quite easy. There are various instructions on the net, The two manual adjusters simply fully unscrew to release. The third adjuster, connected to a motor, is released by turning the exposed 5mm plastic nut 90 degrees (not all variants have this feature). One word of warning: Do not touch the reflectors, they are very easily destroyed by attempts of cleaning. You need one of each of these per side. They will work for the early halogen units, but may need modification for "angel eyes", and I have no idea about Xenon. Note also that the shape is different from the originals. I believe these may be slightly better - the originals were limited by what you could do with casting. For best strength you should ideally print them laying down, but then some s Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Rear Cup-Holder Blanking Plate
Very basic blanking plate for the E39 BMW 5 Series rear cup holder. The rear cup holder in my E39 BMW has never closed properly and never clipped in properly and EVERY time someone sits in the rear seat it gets kicked. Odd design by BMW as the cup holder keeps the rear air vents in place so when the cup holder falls out so does the air vent. Printed in blue for prototyping! Second design with holes for 2 USB chargers or cigarette lighter sockets. I used the ones with rubber covers from banggood. The clips are very crude. They need a better design as this panel does not like being removed. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Trunk Toolbox Retaining Strap
The toolbox holding strap on my car broke in the middle due to material stress over the years. Designed a new strap with with a hinge, to prevent this from happening in the future. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Power-Mirror Selection Switch
My BMW E39 5 Series was missing the selection switch for the power mirror. (I don't know how the previous owner could rip that thing off...) Here you can find a custom-made replacement switch. Just push it into its place. If you have any ideas for improvement, please feel free to contact me. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Touring Tailgate Side-Cover Clip
My BMW E39 wagon (touring) was missing the plastic clips at both sides of the tailgate. These clips hold the plastic side covers in place. Since the original spare parts (BMW part number: left: 51498217213, right:51498217214) are way too expensive, I have decided to print my own ones. The uploaded files contain the right side clips, but you can mirror them in Cura so that you also have the left side ones (see pictures). BMW catalog identifies the black left/right clips from 1996-09 for E39 Touring, including cataloged European/USA and LHD/RHD applications; mirror the supplied right-side model for the left. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Rear-Cabin Vent-Grille Repair Set
My BMW E39 was missing some fan grille parts for the rear seats. The CAD drawings have the exact same size as the original parts. So it just depends on how accurate your printer is (I had to sand down some areas). As you can see in the pictures you will also need a small piece of sheet metal that acts as a spring. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Pre-Facelift Front Tow-Eye Cover
Front tow hook cover for BMW E39 vehicles with pre-facelift bumper (1995 to 2000). *Normal PLA is not suitable for this application. Source specifies 1995-2000 pre-facelift bumper and warns against PLA. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

LHD Automatic-Console Cup Holder
Older German cars are notorious for having bad cup holder, the BMW E39's cup holders are some of the worst. Here is what's wrong with the front OEM cup holders: -They are flimsy and weak so cups tip over. -The bottoms are shallow so any cup with more than 2" of drink in it will tip over. -The centre console design tapers backward as it goes up so any long cups tip backward. -The cup holder are located in front of the climate controls, heated seats and parking sensor button, so you cannot access those buttons if there is a cup in the cup holder! -The climate control sensor is locate above the cup holder so hot drinks (e.g. in the winter) turn on the AC, and cold drinks (e.g. in the summer) turn on the heater! So it's not only the OEM design that's bad but also its location. In my design I solved both the design and location problems. I use this cup holder in my car (see image) and it works and looks great: No tipped over cups, no spills or burns, no tempering with the AC temperature, and no blocking of any controls! My cup holder design does not interfere with the stereophonic function of the transmission, so you still get to enjoy changing gears when you want to! Please note that t Creator limits fitment to 1997-2003 left-hand-drive E39 cars with automatic transmission. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Climate-Control Button Pair
I designed it in a blender. Fits cars: BMW X5 E53, 1999-2007 BMW E39 series 5, 1995-2005 I printed it on cr-10 with .4 nozzle and .2 layer height Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Radio Volume Knob
Volume Button for BMW E39. Replaces original button with Part Number: 65828372163 Not for any BMW E39 - check the part number! BMW catalog lists button 65828372163 from 1995-09 across E39 Sedan/Touring and broad global LHD/RHD applications; confirm the radio face and knob number before printing. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Touring License-Plate Bracket Fastener
My E39 Touring was missing one of the clips to hold in the plate bracket (plinth). The previous owner had used silicone to hold the panel on. Unable to live with this I contacted the dealership - who were unable to find the part in their system. Doubting their competence I checked realoem myself and actually couldn't find a part number. So I turned to Fusion360 and whipped these up. I've never designed anything before so please bear with me. I have made two revisions of this thing. **(bmw_plate_plinthe_v3)** The first is a copy of the original - fits snug and locks nicely. - It may be a good idea to use a bit of RTV or Butyl Rubber around the hole to keep water out! **(Nut.stl /Thread.stl)** The second is a threaded option. Allowing you to fit an M8x1.25 nut on the back. This option was created for people who may have corrosion around the hole thus making it too big for the snap in option. Printed these on my CR-10S w/ 99% concentric infill 5 walls and 0.12 layer height @ 35mm/s Hopefully they can be of use to someone else too. Cheers. Apparently fits these models too! RHD Console Drink Compartment
This is for all the RHD E39 owners because I couldn't find any online except LHD so I designed a new one :D When printing flip the whole thing on its bottom so it prints properly. :D Btw the pictures got squashed by the site so to see a better image view the original image by clicking the fullscreen button at the top right and then click view original image. Creator identifies right-hand-drive fitment. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

OEM Cup-Holder Reinforcement
Guten Taaag. Just put on things to the broken parts, try to put cover on mirror (i need to cut height for 2 of them) and fix it with glue. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Touring 165 mm Roof-Speaker Adapter
I wanted 16,5cm speakers in the roof of my e39 touring. So I designed an adapter, thought other would want to do the same The hole pattern in the roof is slightly nonsymmetric so you'll have to print a mirrored version as well Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Center-Console Storage Roller
Print without support, use flexible material (TPU, PBT etc.) Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Trunk-Lid Travel Buffer
This is the buffer that the arm on the boot/trunk hits to stop it opening too far, if it cracks (which it will) then ultimately it tries to bend the gas struts. Photo shows a broken one and the print. This is for the RHS looking at the rear of the vehicle. The LHS is identical but mirror image. Print this so it stands on the long edge (hole and pin are horizontal) or the the arm will seperate the layers, there is a lot of force there. I used PETG at 100% infill. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.
Door-Mirror Adjustment Pin
The mirror adjuster on my E39 stopped moving the mirror in left-right direction, however I could still hear the small motor working. After removing the mirror plate, I found a small plastic component broken. Of course you can't buy this part, only the whole assembly (the one where I marked the pins with red arrows) for 100 USD :). Based on the broken component, I copied the part and printed it. It works perfectly!! Please note that if you need this for up-down motion, you will need to mirror the part before printing. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Armrest Telephone-Delete Inlay Set
You probably do not use your E39 bluetooth phone anymore. Don't waste this space in your car and print my inlay to make this area useful for you. There are different versions available, I hope you will be able to chose the most fit for you;) I personally use the one with the grooves for phones. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

AC Schnitzer Type-2 Wheel Center Cap

Front-Speaker Sealing Ring
...trying to fit aftermarket speakers in my e39 bmw i found out that they leave a gap to the standard boxes in the front doors. so i quickly designed these simple rings to close the gap, Use TPU to print them to ensure a tight fit. Sun-Visor Retaining Clip
This is the design I made to replace my broken sun visor clip in my 2000 BMW E39 528i Touring. It is a little difficult to snap in but has a nice fit once it's clipped in all the way. Some filing or sanding might fix the stiff fit. Creator reports fitment in a 2000 E39 528i Touring. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

M52 Clutch Alignment Tool

Ashtray-Delete Storage Cubby
This part is a small storage cubby for use in place of the broken center console ash tray for BMW E39. The bottom clip of the ash tray holder is commonly broken on E39 models and cannot be fixed without replacing with a working center console trim piece, which can be hard to find in good condition. The part includes a cutout for the illumination strip so the cubby is illuminated at night. Fitment is very tight to avoid the use of adhesives. Carefully press in with a bit of force and it will fit as shown in the photos. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Electric-Seat Control Button
I made this part to hook on the little white knob to move the seat. I printed it with the arrows showing on top. 0.5mm extruder, 1h print time. supports on. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Dashboard Switch-Hole Cover
BMW E39 dashboard hole cover no glue needed(for my car it was tight fit, but not too tight) Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Center-Compartment Cup and Phone Holder
Da der Originale Becherhalter im BMW E39 sehr klapprig und instabil ist, habe ich einen Einsatz designed, der Becher bis 73mm Durchmesser und Smartphones bis 75mm x 10mm hält. Dieser passt in die Ablage vor den originalen Haltern. as the original Cupholder in the BMW E39 is very flimsy and not very sturdy, I designed a Holder that fits in the middle compartment right in front of the original holder. able to hold Mugs and Cups up to 73mm in diameter and a Phone up to 75mm by 10mm. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Facelift Fog-Lamp Mount Repair Pair
Replaces the integrated plastic tab that commonly shears off, allowing the fog light to be secured without replacing the entire bumper. The bracket replicates the factory slot geometry. Once bonded, the fog light housing slides into the bracket and locks into place using the original mounting hardware/method. Material: Would recommend ASA or ABS. Compatibility: 2001–2004 (Facelift / LCI) BMW E39 5-Series models. Will not fit Pre-Facelift or M-Sport/M5 Bumpers. I also sell the printed parts: Installation Instructions: 1. Access: Gain access to the fog light assembly either by removing the front splash guard in the wheel well or by removing the front bumper entirely. 2. Alignment: Leave the fog light attached to the bumper by its remaining intact mounting point. 3. Test Fit: Position the repair bracket and verify that it makes flush contact with the bumper surface. Ensure the circular tab on the fog light housing slots correctly into the bracket. 4. Preparation: If remnants of the broken original bracket interfere with the fitment, trim them down until the repair bracket sits flush. 5. Bonding: Thoroughly clean the contact areas on both the bracket and the bumper. Apply a strong epox Creator limits fitment to the facelift/LCI bumper. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Gladen Alpha 130 G2 Tweeter Mount Pair
I designed these brackets because the original BMW E39 tweeter mounts are too small to fit the Gladen Alpha 130 G2 tweeters. Installing aftermarket tweeters in the factory location can be challenging, as the available space inside the original E39 mounting brackets is very limited. These adapters allow the Gladen tweeters to be mounted securely while retaining the factory installation position. Compatible Speaker Set Gladen Alpha 130 G2 Original BMW Parts Left side: 65138362527 Right side: 65138362528 OEM reference: Printing Notes Designed for BMW E39 factory tweeter locations. Tested with Gladen Alpha 130 G2 tweeters. PETG or ASA is recommended for improved heat resistance inside the vehicle. Print with at least 3 perimeters and 30–40% infill for good durability. I hope this model helps anyone upgrading the factory audio system in their BMW E39. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Trunk-Floor Twist Lock
Replacement for BMW OEM part 51478230749 (Support for Tension Strap). Used to secure the trunk floor panel in BMW E39 E36 models. Printing recommendation: For maximum strength, print the part at a 45° angle using supports. This print orientation improves layer adhesion in the areas subjected to the highest load, resulting in a stronger and more durable part. BMW catalog lists support 51478230749 from 1996-09 and records bilateral interchangeability with superseded 51478197822; retain the creator-listed E36/E39 fitment. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Touring Rear-Wiper Gear
Rear wiper gear BWM E60 Creator supplies physical comparison evidence. This rear-wiper part is for the E61 Touring body, not the E60 sedan. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Headliner Retaining Clip
EDITED! THIS IS THE ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS. FITS PERFECT! LxBxH 30x15x20mmm Broke some clips when i took down some of my headliner, and could not find any so i made drawn and made some. Center-Console Latch Repair
The center console catch broke in my BMW E61. I've removed the remaining plastic and printed this piece. Attach with two screws and it works perfectly again. Print with 100% infill for extra strength. Creator reports a perfect working repair attached with two screws; photographs show the installed E61 console lid. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Touring Rear Headliner Retaining Clip
The nasty clips at the back of the headliner which always breaks when removing. Works very well with PETG. For non commercial use only! Creator reports the PETG replacement works very well at the rear of the E61 headliner. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Trailer-Socket Mounting Bracket
Attaching the trailer socket bmw e60 / e61 Retain only the socket mounting bracket; verify trailer wiring and legal requirements independently. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Touring Door-Wiring Cable Holder
Cable holder for 7mm hole. Printed without brim. Creator documents the printed holder on an E61 door harness and specifies a 7 mm mounting hole. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Dashboard-Trim Spring Clip
I edited the clip for E90 made by mrhaze222 so that it would fit in E60 console cover. it should be tight enough to twist it in the hole and strong enough to handle the metal rod,it may get loose a bit if you're planning on taking the cover often so if you want it to hold on longer and be tighter/stronger then you might aswell use the ABS filament but PLA should be enough. It perfectly fits in BMW E60 2003 so it should fit aswell in other models Remixed specifically for the E60 console cover; creator describes the rotational fit and spring-rod retention. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Auxiliary-Input Socket Housing
Made this for a friend because his original case had a crack. The hole is wider then the stock one because we had to use another aux jack. Feel free to remix it because my version is not perfect. For clipping it in you have to use the original metal clips which fits in the sides of the model. Forgot to make a picture of the 3d Printed model. Designed for a replacement auxiliary jack with a wider opening; reuse the original side metal clips. The creator notes this revision is not cosmetically perfect. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Rear-Vent Direction Clip
the bmw e60 vents were very floppy and i went to see what was wrong and some how that small piece in my vent was the whole reason my vents wernt standing straight and working i found one of them so i could design these pieces 1-1 as the original i printed this in bambu black carbon fibre fillament Measured one-to-one from the original clip to restore a loose rear center vent. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Ashtray Coin Organizer
If you want to keep your ashtray tidy, I recommend this model Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Center-Console Phone-Delete Compartment
Hey Guys, i made this Center Console Compartment for my BMW E61. I made it because i had a Phone Holder in my center console which i never used. So i decided to get it out and print myselfe a Compartment. Now i can store more things in my Center Console. I cuted the thing into two parts so you can print it easy. Just glue it together after you printed it. Creator fitted this storage compartment after removing the unused factory phone holder; both complete and split/glue variants are supplied. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Headlamp Upper Mounting-Tab Repair
My Driver side tab cracked in half. It would be a party when on the highway/ move excessively on bumps. Mirror it for the driver side !! PRINT WITH SUPPORTS !! There's a hidden pocket in the tab, you wont see the supports but it will make it print. Creator installed the repair after a cracked driver-side tab caused lamp movement; mirror the right-side geometry for the opposite side and verify beam aim after installation. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Manual-Console Cup Holder
Creator tested four prototypes in a manual-transmission car. The design is sized for 500 ml cans; avoid hot drinks and check knee clearance. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Center-Console Storage Tray Set
Includes a blank customizable tray plus coin and Hörmann remote layouts; creator reports the currently used version fits the console recess well. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Rear Cup-Holder Claw Repair Set
It works and fits, but it is sturdier than the original and if you want extra sturdiness, then make it even thicker, because there is still more place for that part. Print the pin as a separate part and glue it together. it will look better, save you time and work better. Please do not re-upload STL or any other mesh version of this project. I upload STEP only, because I want it to be easily editable. Do not poison the internet. For commercial use contact me and I am sure that we can build something cool out of it. Other than that do whatever you like as long as you mention me as the author of the model. Creator reports the replacement fits and works, and supplies separate claw/pin and combined STEP versions. Verify dimensions against the original part and confirm full operation before regular use.

Sedan/Touring Floor-Mat Lock Set
Just glue the pin to the plate and add some velcro and you are done! The creator tags F10/F11 and supplies physical photographs of the printed two-piece lock. Glue the pin to the plate, add adhesive hook-and-loop material, and confirm the mat cannot interfere with pedal travel. Verify dimensions against the original component and confirm full operation before regular use.

Ashtray Storage Bin
Replaces metal ashtray in 5 series BMW with a more useful box. Both creator-supplied depth variants are retained. Physical photographs show the insert installed in the F10 console; keep the sliding lid and nearby controls unobstructed. Verify dimensions against the original component and confirm full operation before regular use.

Gran Turismo 12-Volt Socket USB Insert
This is a usb adapter designed to replace the cigarette lighter in a BMW F07 car. If you have a android head unit it will fit perfectly with the usb port provided. You'll have to remove the central console to have your cable passing through and remove the existing cigarette lighter. A simple rilsan belt will keep it in place. I printed it textured to avoid finger marks. It is very convenient to plug my controller and play games during lunchtime :-) or just plug any thumbstick Designed and used in an F07 with an aftermarket Android head unit. The two source variants share the same envelope but differ internally. Installation requires console removal and replaces the existing 12-volt socket; disconnect power and verify connector retention and insulation. Verify dimensions against the original component and confirm full operation before regular use.

Sedan/Touring Rear-Seat ISOFIX Cover
Since I lost two of my backseats isofix covers, I redraw them. Maybe someone else need them as well. I printed them with a 0,2mm nozzle, fuzzy skin at the frontside (strenght 0,04mm / distance 0,1mm), and forced support for the first layers…. The creator measured lost F10/F11 rear-seat covers and provides physical comparisons with the original. This is a cosmetic access cover only; confirm the ISOFIX anchorage remains fully accessible and unmodified. Verify dimensions against the original component and confirm full operation before regular use.

Touring Left Cargo-Cover Coupling
This is a replacement part for the BMW 5 Series Touring (F11). It is the sliding clip ("leash" or "dog") located in the D-pillar track that automatically raises and lowers the rear cargo blind (luggage cover) when the trunk is opened. OEM Part Number: 51437232775 Tested on: BMW F11 520d Touring IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS 1. FUNCTION: This part slides inside the track of the rear pillar. It is crucial for the automatic retraction of the luggage cover. 2. LEFT vs RIGHT Side: The uploaded file is for the LEFT side. If you need the RIGHT side, simply use the "Mirror" function (along X-axis) in your slicer software. 3. MATERIAL RECOMMENDATION: Because this part moves in a track and bears weight, I strongly recommend printing with NYLON (PA). - Nylon provides the necessary low friction and high durability. - ABS/ASA might work but will wear out faster. - PLA is NOT recommended. 4. PRINT SETTINGS: - Infill: 100% (Solid) for maximum strength. - Orientation: Print in an orientation that maximizes layer adhesion strength for the pulling force. Designed from scratch as a cost-effective alternative to the expensive OEM repair kit. Creator-tested on an F11 520d Touring. The supplied file is the left sliding coupling; mirror on X for the right side. BMWFans identifies genuine BMW 51437232775 as Coupling, left, produced from 2010-06 for F11/F11 LCI European applications including LHD and RHD. Use nylon where possible, not PLA, and verify smooth movement before loading the blind. Verify dimensions against the original component and confirm full operation before regular use.

Fuel-Cap Tether
This fits a BMW F11 and maybe also other BMW cars from around 2015. If the old cable brakes, this is a replacement of the ring at the cap and the cable. The original ring has to be removed from the fuel cap. Be careful not to brake anything else then the turning ring. Use side cutting pliers or a similar tool. The put the new ring onto the fuel cap. If the ring does not fit you can also adjust the width in the attached model and re-export. I used TPU 95 for the print. Nozzle diameter can be 0.25 - 0.4, all work. I printed with supports but this leaves a rough finish. This also leads to the fact, that the ring does not slide as good as the original one. But overall it works. Don't forget to like if you like. Creator reports the TPU replacement fits and works on an approximately 2015 F11, while noting rough support surfaces can make the ring slide less freely. The editable FreeCAD source is retained for measured adjustment. Do not force the ring or damage the fuel cap. Verify dimensions against the original component and confirm full operation before regular use.

G30 Rear-Brake Caliper Rewind Tool
3 pin tool for rewinding rear BMW brakes. I designed the tool to work with a G30, but I think it will work with other BMWs models. The tool is reversable and allows you to either use the triangular pattern for best fit, or the head of the screws. Note: Do not attempt to use without screws installed, it will just shear off the triangular pieces. The design uses #8 x 32 x 1/2" allen head cap screws. For printer settings, beef up the perimeter to 8 and use 50% triangle infill for added strength. Basic PLA did the job. I used the tool successfully to complete a brake job, and redesigned it to improve strength and fit. Simply use a 3/8 ratchet and short extension, then turn clockwise and apply downward pressure. Depending on how tight your calipers are you may only get one use from these, but for a DIY job it works without buying any special tools to compress the caliper. This creator-designed three-pin adapter was successfully used on a G30 rear brake and then strengthened. Install all three specified #8-32 cap screws before use; use a 3/8-inch ratchet and short extension, turn clockwise with controlled downward pressure, inspect the print continuously, and discard it at the first sign of cracking or deformation. Follow the applicable BMW repair procedure and independently support the vehicle; this printed service aid is not an OEM tool.

G30 / G31 Washer-Fluid Filler Funnel
Eine Einfüllhilfe für alle G31, G30 Modelle bzw. für die 5er / 7er Serie die dieselben Einfüllstutzen verbaut haben. A filling aid for all G31, G30 models or for the 5 / 7 series that have the same filler necks installed. Material: PETG Düse: 0,4 mm The physical source gallery shows the funnel installed in the G30/G31 washer filler neck and separately printed. Use PETG, keep the funnel clean, remove it after filling, reinstall the original cap fully, and wipe away spills before driving. The source also mentions 7 Series cars with the same neck, but only the directly documented G30/G31 generation is linked here.

Front-Speaker Cover
Replacement perforated front-speaker cover for the BMW E24 interior. The preserved source provides exact E24 fitment and printable geometry, but only a rendered source image survives; compare the opening, fastener points, color and grain against the original cover before installation. Use a cabin-heat-resistant material and deburr every perforation.

Central-Locking Door-Lock Clip Set
Driver- and passenger-side snap-fit clips that couple the exterior door lock to the central-locking microswitch on BMW E23 and E24 cars. The source shows the clip installed in an E24 door and supplies side-specific geometry. Use a tough, heat-tolerant material, warm only as needed for assembly, and verify that lock, unlock, key return and microswitch operation are smooth before closing the door.

Passenger Door-Lock Cam / Linkage
Replacement passenger-door lock cam/linkage for the BMW E24, reproduced to repair the broken plastic element formerly supplied only inside BMW lock repair kit 51219061345. The printed geometry is not the complete kit, so that parent number is intentionally not assigned. Compare side and linkage geometry, use a tough engineering polymer and fully test manual and central locking before closing the door.

Headlamp-Wiper Stop Repair Pair
Two repair-stop geometries, 15.5 mm and 22 mm, for damaged stops on the chrome headlamp glass-holding frames of BMW E24 cars. BMW 63121361709 and 63121361710 identify the complete left and right glass-holding frames, not these printed repair inserts, so neither parent number is assigned. Select the matching size, use a weather- and heat-resistant material and confirm full wiper travel without lens or trim contact.

Headlamp-Cleaning-System Clamp
Replacement clamp for the factory BMW E24 headlamp cleaning system. BMW catalogs identify the left/right clamp pair as 61661362211 and 61661362212 across European E24 628CSi, 630CS, 633CSi, 635CSi and M635CSi applications; 61661362211 is discontinued while 61661362212 remains cataloged without a supersession shown. Use only on cars equipped with the headlamp cleaning system, confirm side and production configuration by VIN, and test the wiper path before operation.

Fuel-Tank Screw-Cap Wrench
Service wrench for the notched BMW fuel-tank screw cap used on E46, E60/E61, E63/E64, E65–E68, E83 and E53 vehicles. The creator tested the same interface on an R53 MINI and identified BMW screw cap 16116762417; BMW catalog cross-reference independently confirms that cap across the listed BMW chassis. The printed wrench is not the screw cap itself, so no OEM number is assigned. Use a stiff engineering polymer, hand tools only, and replace rather than reuse any visibly damaged print.

S63TU Twin Catch-Can Mounting Bracket
Dual catch-can mounting bracket designed by the creator for the S63TU engine bay in the BMW F13 M6 and F10 M5. The creator links an installation video for the twin-turbo M6 setup, providing physical-use evidence beyond the preserved CAD render. Print in a heat-resistant engineering material such as nylon, keep clear of hot or moving components and hoses, and inspect retention after initial heat cycles. This is an aftermarket accessory with no original BMW component counterpart, so no OEM number is assigned.

M-Sport Front Tow-Eye Cover
Custom front towing-eye opening cover designed and physically installed by the creator on a BMW G32 6 Series Gran Turismo with the pre-LCI M Sport front bumper. The round face intentionally differs from the curved factory-painted flap and includes a removal notch and decorative BMW relief. Use only on the matching pre-LCI M Aerodynamics (S715A) bumper opening, print in a weather- and heat-resistant material, paint or seal for UV exposure, and verify all retention tabs before road use. Genuine BMW reference 51118072209 identifies the original primed M-bumper tow-eye cover; it is not a claim that this custom round face is factory geometry.

Windshield Support Adjuster
Replacement windshield support/adjuster for the BMW E32, shown physically installed by the creator while fitting glass. BMW catalogs identify the exact original component as support 51311948155, produced from June 1986 across E32 730i/730iL, 735i/735iL, 740i/740iL and 750i/750iL applications in LHD and RHD markets. Compare the body channel and original support before use, and leave final glass positioning and bonding to a qualified installer.

Center-Console Ashtray Mount Repair
Replacement adhesive-backed mounting tab for an E32 center-console ashtray after the original molded console tabs break. The creator documented the repair on a November 1990 730i: print two tabs, transfer the original clip nuts, bond the tabs inside the console and reinstall the ashtray. This is repair geometry rather than a cataloged BMW component, so no parent ashtray or console number is assigned. Confirm adhesive compatibility and full ashtray clearance before refitting the HVAC panel.

Adjustable Rear-Seat Side-Cover Pair
Left and right body-side angle covers for the adjustable/split rear-seat configuration of the BMW E32, physically shown loose and installed by the creator. The paired files reproduce the cataloged left/right covers in black, crimson, silver gray, light silver gray, ultramarine and parchment variants; exact color must be selected or finished to match the vehicle. Installation uses expanding rivet 61131382239, but that separate fastener is not assigned as an OEM number for the printed covers.

Interior Decor-Strip Repair Clip Set
Four-part left/right repair-clip set for broken retaining features on BMW E38 interior decorative trim strips. The creator physically demonstrates both clip styles against the back of the trim and advises removing the failed feature, test-fitting, and bonding the replacement; the smaller style was designed for the front strips and may need additional adhesive clearance on rear strips. These are repair geometries rather than separately cataloged BMW components, so no parent trim-strip number is assigned. Use cabin-heat-resistant material and compatible adhesive, then verify full retention and clearance before refitting.

Dark-Silver Door-Trim Screw Cover Plug
Replacement square cover plug for the screw near the door armrest on BMW E65/E66-family door trim. The creator shows both a loose printed/reference comparison and the installed cover in an E65 door, and describes the geometry as an exact OEM-cover copy. The photographed part is the dark-silver trim variant corresponding to BMW 51417025647; verify color, 24 mm square footprint, door position, production date and VIN before printing because black, flannel-grey, beige and other door-trim cap variants also exist. Use cabin-heat-resistant material and test the retaining legs gently before final installation.
Sun-Visor Pivot-Base Repair
Replacement plastic pivot base for a BMW E31 sun visor, supplied for the left/right location and physically shown both loose and installed by the creator on an 850i. The original metal visor shaft is reused and its diameter can vary; drill the centre only as needed for a careful fit. BMW services the surrounding colour-specific electrical-contact bracket as a complete assembly, so those parent/contact-bracket numbers are not assigned to this printed repair body. Match anthracite, silver-grey, parchment or Individual trim and verify mirror-light contact operation before use.

Headlamp-Bucket Joint Sleeve Set
Four-print set of replacement fulcrum sleeves for the BMW E31 pop-up headlamp bucket, physically shown loose and installed at the upper bucket attachment by the creator after replacing warped original inserts. BMW catalogs identify the separately serviced joint sleeve as 63121392066, position 13 in the headlamp component diagram and six per vehicle. Print in heat-resistant material, replace all damaged sleeves, then verify bucket retention and have headlamp aim checked before night driving.

Heater-Valve Cover
Thickened replacement cover for the BMW E31 heater/water-valve assembly, physically printed by the creator and reported to resist under-bonnet heat. The design uses 10 x 2 mm neodymium magnets against the valve fasteners. BMW catalogs identify the original separately serviced cover as 64111383499 for E31 840i/840Ci, 850i/850Ci and 850CSi; genuine production ended in 2015 with no documented supersession. Use high-temperature material, secure the magnets, and confirm hose, wiring and bonnet clearance after installation.

RHD E60 M5 Shifter Retrofit Cover
Right-hand-drive console cover for fitting an E60 M5 SMG selector in a BMW E31 8 Series, physically shown installed by the creator and printed in PETG at 50 percent infill. This is custom retrofit geometry rather than an original E31 service component, so no parent console, selector or trim number is assigned. It applies only to RHD cars with this specific conversion; confirm selector travel, wiring clearance and secure console retention before driving.

Dayton RS75-4 Midrange Speaker Adapter
Adapter for fitting a Dayton Audio RS75-4 midrange driver to the front-door and rear-deck speaker enclosures of BMW E31 840 and 850 models. The creator supplies STL, 3MF and Fusion 360 source geometry and physically demonstrates the adapter loose and fitted in the factory enclosures; mounting holes require drilling after printing. This adapts aftermarket hardware rather than reproducing a BMW component, so no speaker-box parent number is assigned. Verify cone, grille, wiring and fastener clearance before reassembly.

Center-Console Euro Coin Holder
Coin organizer sized for the removable cup-holder opening in the BMW X1 E84 center console. The creator physically shows the print loose, fitted with euro coins, installed beside the parking brake and concealed beneath the armrest. This is an accessory rather than a reproduction of a BMW service component, so no parent cup-holder or console number is assigned. Use PETG, ABS or nylon rather than PLA because parked-cabin heat can deform low-temperature material, and verify the insert cannot interfere with the handbrake or armrest.

Air-Filter Housing Retainer Repair Set
Two replacement retainer geometries for repairing broken attachment tabs on the BMW X1 E84 engine air-filter housing. The creator links the original repair write-up and supplies physical comparisons, loose parts and installed engine-bay views for both shapes. The printed pieces repair features of the larger air-filter housing rather than reproducing a separately serviced BMW child component, so no housing parent number is assigned. Print in PETG as documented or a higher-temperature engineering polymer, fasten exactly as shown, and verify intake sealing, bonnet clearance and retention after heat cycling.

Rear-Seat ISOFIX Opening Cover
Replacement black trim cover for a broken rear-seat ISOFIX anchor opening, physically shown installed by the creator on a 2012 BMW X1 E84. BMW E84 rear-seat catalogs identify the black separately serviced cover as 52207118674, item 9 with four per vehicle; Hubauer documents supersession to 52207332435. Beige 52207152210 and oyster 52202993792 are distinct color variants and are not assigned. Match black trim and verify the cover clips securely without obstructing access to the child-seat anchor.

Key-and-Remote Cup-Holder Insert
Removable insert for the BMW X1 F48 center-console cup holder, with separate slots for the vehicle key and a small remote. The creator identifies the F48 application and physically printed and demonstrated the insert holding both devices. This is an accessory rather than a reproduction of a separately serviced BMW component, so no cup-holder or console parent number is assigned. Use PETG, ABS, ASA or nylon rather than PLA because parked-cabin heat can deform low-temperature material; confirm the insert seats securely and does not obstruct adjacent controls or the second cup position.

Cup-Holder Can Adapter
Removable insert for the center-console cup position that keeps 330 ml and 500 ml cans stable. The creator designed and physically tested version 7 in an iX1 U11, shows it installed with a can, and notes that the sloped base must be rotated until it seats correctly. The STL and matching 3MF are retained. This is an accessory rather than a separately serviced BMW component, so no cup-holder or console parent number is assigned. Print in ASA, ABS, PETG or another cabin-temperature-resistant material rather than PLA; verify stable seating and clear access to adjacent controls before driving.

Single/Dual Wireless-Charging Tray
Four one-piece tray variants for fitting one or two Baseus Simple Mini3 15 W wireless chargers in the 2023 X1 center-console shelf: full and short versions for either a single charger or a pair. The creator dimensioned the tray to the vehicle, physically printed it in PETG and 85A TPU, shows installed trays with phones, and reports testing with multiple iPhone 6.1-inch and Galaxy S models. Chargers insert from below and their cables route to the right-side USB-C ports. This is aftermarket accessory geometry, so no console or charging-module parent number is assigned. Do not use PLA; confirm cable strain relief, charging temperature, phone retention and unobstructed controls before driving.

Smartphone Mount
Two-piece smartphone mount for the iX1 U11 cockpit, with a separate ball head and tight-fit, loose-fit, or loose-fit-with-hex-nut base variants. The creator shows the printed assembly installed beside the curved display and explains that the tight version requires substantial installation force, while the loose versions require EVA foam tape and otherwise may not support the phone. This is accessory geometry rather than a serviced BMW component, so no display, trim or dashboard parent number is assigned. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, avoid excessive force on trim, keep the phone clear of sight lines and airbags, and verify secure retention before driving.

Shift-Linkage Bushing
Replacement bushing modeled from the original linkage part on a 1974 US-market 2002 and physically printed and used by the creator. The supplied geometry is 26 mm outside diameter, 12.5 mm bore and 16 mm hat diameter. The original is rubber; use a suitable flexible material for original-like compliance, or note that a rigid ABS print deliberately produces firmer shift feel. The catalog contains several production-date-dependent linkage bushes and joints, and the source does not identify which serviced child number it reproduces, so no OEM number is assigned. Confirm dimensions, linkage articulation and secure retention before driving.
tii Clock Shroud
Shroud for the dashboard clock used in 2002 tii applications. The preserved gallery shows loose physical clock-and-shroud assemblies as well as the model render. This is an accessory around the clock rather than the complete clock or dashboard assembly, so no parent OEM number is assigned. Use cabin-heat-resistant material and compare the clock opening, depth and dashboard clearance before final installation.

Triple-Gauge Radio Console Panel
Two-piece custom console panel for three 52 mm gauges and a period-size Blaupunkt radio. The creator printed, finished and installed the panel and documents use of the original ashtray and hazard-switch assembly plus a separate rear radio support. Print in ABS or another cabin-heat-resistant material with robust shells, test-fit both halves, sand before bonding, and support the radio at the rear so vibration cannot crack the surround. This is a custom panel, not a separately catalogued original component, so no console or dashboard parent number is assigned.

Long-Console Shift Surround
Four-piece replacement shift surround for the long center console, shown physically assembled and installed. It works with the original console components and the creator's triple-gauge/radio panel. The sections require test-fitting, bonding, filling, sanding and a suitable textured finish; use cabin-heat-resistant material, number 8 speed nuts and corresponding screws as documented by the creator. The printed surround is not the complete console assembly, so no parent assembly number is assigned.

Front Strut-Tower Spacing Gauge
Workshop gauge for checking the center-to-center distance between the front strut towers on early 1966-1967 02-series bodies. The creator physically demonstrates the tool and cites a target of 996 ± 1 mm, measured from the indicated prism edge. This is a diagnostic aid, not a structural repair fixture or substitute for the BMW body-repair manual. Verify the specification against documentation for the exact body before acting on a reading; no vehicle component OEM number is applicable.

Automatic Gear-Indicator Bezel
Replacement automatic-selector gear-indicator bezel, shown physically installed and loose for inspection. The creator specifies a filament color change: print the first layers in transparent material and the following layers in black so the markings remain legible. Automatic-transmission fitment only; compare the selector opening and indicator layout before installation. No parent selector-assembly number is assigned.

Blaupunkt Frankfurt Radio Trim Bezel
Two-piece decorative trim bezel for a period Blaupunkt Frankfurt radio, physically shown installed. The outer tray can be printed in a metallic-look material and the center in PETG, ASA or another stiff cabin-heat-resistant material; bond the two pieces and retain them beneath the radio knob washers as documented. The source notes that factory faceplate fitment varied with equipment, so verify radio shaft spacing, console type and Behr air-conditioning-console clearance. This is custom trim and receives no radio or console parent number.

Late Steering-Column Lower Pad
Redesigned flexible lower steering-column pad for later cars, physically shown installed using the original mounting points. The creator states that steering-column design changed during production and does not claim early-car fitment; compare the mounting points and column profile before printing. Print slowly in durable TPU with strong bed adhesion. Because this is deliberately not a duplicate of the original lower trim panel, catalog number 32311110912 is documented only as the corresponding late original panel and is not assigned to this custom part.

Hazard-Switch Nut Wrench
Open-sided wrench for removing and installing the plastic retaining nut around the hazard switch without plier damage. The creator physically demonstrates the wrench with the switch and recommends the stiffest suitable material because the clearance slot permits some flex. The title's 61311356193 identifies an early complete hazard switch, not the printed tool or its nut, so it is not assigned as an OEM number. Switch design varies by production date; use only light hand torque on the plastic nut and confirm jaw fit before turning.

Cup-Position Magnetic Phone Mount
Cup-position mounting arm for a reusable magnetic phone head, with an integrated cable comb and cable pass-throughs. The creator physically printed the arm, adapted the threaded base and magnetic head from a generic mount, and shows the complete assembly installed in the center-console cup position. Use a cabin-heat-resistant material, confirm the threaded adapter and ball joint are secure, route cables clear of the controls, and verify that the device cannot interfere with driving.

UK Parking-Coin Organizer
Curved organizer for UK 10p, 20p, 50p and £1 parking coins, with an optional separate lid. It mounts beneath the center armrest using double-sided foam tape; the source shows both the loaded organizer and the lid installed. This is UK-currency-specific accessory geometry rather than an original serviced component. Use automotive-grade tape and cabin-heat-resistant material, and confirm the organizer remains secure and does not obstruct the armrest mechanism.

330 ml Can and Phone Cup Insert
Insert for the fixed front cup position that supports a 330 ml can in a 59 mm opening and provides a 74 mm-wide phone slot when no drink is present. Three bore variants are included: nominal, +1 mm and +2 mm for coatings or fit adjustment. The source shows the nominal design installed beside a can. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, test the bore and seating before use, and keep the phone and drink clear of adjacent controls.

AMPS Cup-Position Device Mount
Two-piece center-console mount with the standard AMPS four-hole pattern for compatible phone or tablet cradles. The creator split the long arm for a 150 mm print bed and shows it installed with a device cradle without blocking the climate vents. Bond the two printed sections with a suitable structural adhesive, use a cabin-heat-resistant material, and verify the AMPS fasteners, bonded joint and cup-position fit before driving.

Snap-Together Auxiliary Cup Holder
Two-piece auxiliary cup holder that prints as a base and upper ring and snaps together. The creator shows physical ABS and nylon prints, including installed use with narrow and large bottles. The OBJ and matching 3MF are retained. Use a cabin-heat-resistant material, inspect the snap joint for complete engagement, and confirm stable seating and beverage clearance before driving.

Center-Armrest Latch
Replacement latch for the center armrest. The source provides installed views of the printed latch holding and releasing the armrest, plus a model view. No original child-component number is stated or independently established, so no surrounding armrest or console assembly number is assigned. Use cabin-heat-resistant material and verify smooth release, positive engagement and full armrest travel before regular use.

Large-Bottle Cup-Holder Adapter
Cup-position adapter for carrying large 32 oz and 40 oz water bottles. The creator shows the physical print installed with a large bottle from several cabin angles. Print with strong walls and suitable infill in a cabin-heat-resistant material, then verify that the bottle is stable, does not obstruct the iDrive controller or adjacent cup positions, and cannot tip during vehicle movement.

Parcel-Shelf Tether Clip
Replacement clip for attaching a tether or cord to the parcel shelf. The creator shows the clip installed on the shelf and recommends a shoelace-style cord as an easier-to-release substitute. The source mentions BMW number 51466967605 only for the separate rubber shelf buffer, not this clip, so that number is not assigned. Print upright with a brim as recommended and verify tether retention and hatch/shelf clearance.

Display-Mounted Phone Holder
Three-piece phone holder comprising a display clamp, articulated arm and phone clamp. The source shows the printed assembly installed on the central display from inside and outside the vehicle. Use cabin-heat-resistant material and protective contact pads, avoid excessive clamp force on the display housing, keep the device clear of sight lines and airbags, and verify secure retention before driving.
Hinged Hazard-Triangle Bracket
Hatch-mounted warning-triangle bracket with longer screw holes and a hinged retaining flap. The files include a print-in-place combined version and separate bracket/flap parts for snap assembly. The creator shows the printed hinge components and the complete bracket installed in the original hatch mounting points. Use a cabin-heat-resistant material and verify hinge movement, screw engagement, triangle retention and hatch-panel clearance.

Charge-Cap Tether Strap
Flexible replacement tether joining the AC and DC fast-charge port caps to the inside of the charge door on CCS-equipped vehicles. The creator shows the printed strap installed on both caps and compares it with the original tether. Print in a durable UV- and weather-resistant flexible material, confirm that all ends seat fully, and check that the strap cannot foul the inlet, caps, hinge or door seal.

DTC Retrofit Button Faceplate
Center-console switch faceplate with an added opening for a retrofitted Dynamic Traction Control button from an i8. The source shows the ASA print installed around the complete switch bank and notes reinforced side clips. This is retrofit trim, not a stock I01 faceplate, so no switch-bank or i8 parent number is assigned. Confirm the retrofit wiring separately, use cabin-heat-resistant material, and verify button travel and clip engagement.

Washer-Fluid Funnel
Eccentric 48 mm funnel shaped to clear the surrounding structure at the windshield-washer reservoir opening. The creator shows the physical funnel seated in the fill neck from two angles and designed it to print support-free. This is a service accessory rather than the reservoir, filler neck or cap, so no parent number is assigned. Confirm the neck fit before pouring and keep debris and incompatible fluids out of the washer system.

Center-Console Organizer Insert
Organizer for the small storage compartment below the armrest, with a rigid body, two optional flexible pads and a single-piece multimaterial variant. The source shows the physical pieces and the organizer installed both loaded and empty. Print the body in PETG or another cabin-heat-resistant rigid material and the pads in TPU; verify stable seating and unobstructed access to the adjacent 12 V and USB connections.

Rear-Hatch Adjustment Stop
Four-piece adjustable rear-hatch stop with a flexible buffer, modeled and trial-fitted on a 2020 120Ah vehicle to eliminate play and rattling at the closed hatch. It recreates the function of BMW adjustment element 51247361955, originally used on earlier cars, for later LCI vehicles whose lock-integrated rubber has worn. Print two assemblies as the creator specifies, use TPU for the buffer and heat-resistant rigid material for the body, screw and nut, then adjust symmetrically without preloading or misaligning the hatch.

MagSafe Center-Console Cover
Removable center-console cover with an integrated opening for an Apple MagSafe puck, remixed from the original storage cover. The source shows the physical cover installed and provides model views of the puck opening and underside support. It fits non-braided-cable pucks directly; braided-cable versions may require a small amount of adhesive. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, secure the puck and cable, and verify charging temperature and clearance.

Charging-Card Organizer
Organizer for multiple EV charging cards that plugs into a center-console cup-holder slot. The source shows the physical organizer installed and loaded with cards. This is an accessory rather than a serviced console component. Use PETG, ABS or another cabin-heat-resistant material, confirm a secure cup-slot fit, and keep the cards and organizer clear of adjacent controls and loose-object hazards.

Armrest Storage Tray
Deep storage tray that replaces the obsolete phone snap-in adapter in the center armrest while retaining the existing mounting cavity. The creator designed the tray for support-free printing, recommends PETG or ABS/ASA with at least 30% infill, and shows it fitted empty and loaded as well as beside the removed adapter. No snap-in adapter or armrest parent number is assigned. Verify flush seating, secure retention and full armrest movement.

Key-Fob Button Guard
Three-piece key-fob box with a separate insert, bottom and lid, designed to prevent accidental button presses while carried in a pocket. The source shows the complete physical case closed, open and holding the I01 key fob. This is a protective accessory rather than the key housing itself. Check that the fob fits without continuously loading any button and that the lid remains secure during normal carrying.

Body-Panel Clip Adjustment Tools
Tool set for I01 outer-door-panel hardware: a deep and standard adjustment-element wrench plus seven clip-saver sizes for printer-tolerance matching. The creator shows the physical tools on the relevant clip and explains that the saver may recover clips that survive warm-weather panel removal. Numbers 51007355279 and 51007378101 identify the serviced clip and adjustment element, not these printed tools, so neither is assigned. Do not reuse cracked or distorted one-time clips; verify panel alignment and secure retention after service.

Espresso-Cup Adapter
Anti-tip adapter for the source-linked small espresso cup, shaped for the center-console cup position. The creator shows the physical adapter seated in the vehicle and with the matching cup. Print in PETG, ABS or another cabin-heat-resistant material, verify both the cup and console fit, and keep hot liquids securely contained and clear of controls while the vehicle is moving.

Under-Seat Subwoofer Brackets
Pair of compact brackets for hanging a JBL BassPro Nano under the rear-seat frame where the optional amplifier is not installed. The creator printed two in PETG at 50% infill, fastened them with the subwoofer's original screws, and shows the installed unit and bracket locations. Confirm the vehicle lacks the conflicting amplifier, protect wiring, use thread-safe fasteners, and verify seat movement, ventilation and secure retention before driving.

Hörmann Garage-Remote Cup Insert
Cup-position insert shaped for a Hörmann garage-door remote. The creator shows the remote seated in the printed insert in the center console and provides an improved version 1.0 with a deeper pocket and reduced five-degree angle; only that revised model is retained. This is device-specific accessory geometry rather than an original BMW component. Use a cabin-heat-resistant material, confirm the remote and insert remain secure, and verify that neither interferes with the cup positions, console cover, controls, or driving.

40 mm Washer-Fluid Funnel
Forty-millimeter funnel shaped for the windshield-washer filler opening. The creator shows the physical funnel seated in the fill neck from two angles and designed it to print support-free with the larger end upward. This is a service accessory rather than the reservoir, filler neck, or cap, so no parent component number is assigned. Confirm the neck fit before pouring and keep debris and incompatible fluids out of the washer system.

Cupholder-Replacement Storage Bin
Large center-console storage bin that replaces the original cupholder after the cupholder and its USB and 12 V connections are removed. The creator scanned the exposed recess, shows the printed bin installed, and includes a separate flexible floor liner. This is a deliberate accessory conversion, not an equivalent reproduction of the powered cupholder assembly, so no cupholder or console parent number is assigned. Use cabin-heat-resistant rigid material for the bin and TPU for the optional liner; disconnect and secure the original electrical connectors safely, preserve the mounting screws, and verify stable installation and full console-cover clearance.

Center-Armrest Organizer
Two-piece organizer tray for the storage compartment beneath the center armrest, with an optional flexible floor insert and an opening that preserves access to the USB-C port. The creator designed it on a 2023 eDrive40 and shows the physical tray installed empty, with a charging cable, and loose outside the vehicle. Use PETG, ASA, or another cabin-heat-resistant material for the tray and TPU for the optional insert; verify stable seating, cable clearance, and unobstructed armrest movement.

Protective Key Case
Flexible protective case for the vehicle remote key, with open access to all buttons and the key-ring eye. The creator shows the TPU case fitted to the physical key from both sides and provides useful CAD views of the openings. Print in TPU as specified, confirm every control moves freely and the emergency-key release remains accessible, and verify that the case cannot press buttons unintentionally.

Phone-Slot Armrest Organizer
Center-armrest organizer with a 15 mm vertical phone slot, a 7 mm cable passage, separate cable storage, a general compartment, and a small raised area for keys. The creator shows the physical organizer installed loaded and empty and explicitly identifies compatibility with G22, G23, G26, and i4 interiors. Use ASA, ABS, or another cabin-heat-resistant material as recommended; verify stable seating, phone and cable clearance, and unobstructed armrest movement.

Center-Vent Accessory-Mount Adapter
Dashboard adapter that clips beneath the center-vent trim and provides two slots for attaching an accessory holder that would otherwise clamp directly to a vent grille. The creator shows the printed adapter installed by itself and carrying a physical magnetic phone holder, and notes that optional automotive-grade double-sided tape improves retention. This is a removable accessory rather than an original BMW component, so no OEM number is assigned. Use cabin-heat-resistant material, protect the adjacent trim, verify secure attachment and confirm that the holder, cable and device do not obstruct controls, displays, airflow or the driver's view.

Snap-In Wireless-Charger Width Upgrade Clip
Replacement width-adjustment clip that lets larger modern phones, including phones in protective cases, fit the factory snap-in wireless charger. The creator designed, printed and installed it in a 2019 Roadster and documents removal, installation and the completed fit. Compatibility is limited to cars equipped with the pictured snap-in charger; verify the installed charger and clearances before printing. Use a heat-resistant material, print at the documented 45-degree orientation, and do not allow the phone or charger to obstruct controls or overheat.

Center-Console MagSafe Phone Mount
Press-fit MagSafe phone mount for the factory center-console phone tray. The original creator designed, printed and installed it in an iX, and documents the installed fit with an iPhone 13 Pro Max in an Apple case. The main mount may be used alone for a wide cased phone or with the supplied left and right side guides. Verify the pictured console tray and MagSafe puck dimensions before printing; use a heat-resistant material, preserve access to all controls, and confirm the phone remains secure without obstructing driving controls.

Locking Galaxy Fold Center-Console Holder
Center-console holder for a Samsung Galaxy Fold that locks into the factory phone-tray opening to resist tipping under acceleration. The creator's source image shows the printed holder installed in the vehicle with the phone open and in use. Verify the pictured console and your phone/case dimensions before printing; use a heat-resistant material and confirm that the holder cannot interfere with the controller, selector, buttons or safe driving visibility.

Angled Center-Console MagSafe Phone Mount
Angled MagSafe phone mount that press-fits into the factory center-console phone tray and turns the phone toward the driver. The creator's source image shows the printed part installed with a phone attached. Verify the pictured console, viewing angle, MagSafe puck and phone/case dimensions before printing; use a heat-resistant material and ensure the phone remains secure without obstructing the controller, selector, buttons or driving visibility.

Cable-Managed Center-Console MagSafe Phone Mount
MagSafe phone mount with a lower cable-management cavity and retaining pegs, designed to fit the factory center-console phone tray. The creator printed it in PETG and documents both the installed fit and the loose physical part with its cable routed in the cavity. Verify the pictured console, charging puck and cable dimensions before printing; use PETG or another heat-resistant material and confirm the cable and phone cannot foul the vehicle controls.

ESR Mini Qi2 Center-Console Phone Mount
Center-console phone mount sized for an ESR Mini Qi2 charger, with a 58.9 mm diameter and 7.5 mm deep puck recess. The creator documents the printed mount installed in the vehicle and supplies both printable STL and editable STEP files. Verify the pictured console, exact charger revision and phone/case clearance before printing; use a heat-resistant material and ensure the charger, cable and phone cannot obstruct the vehicle controls or overheat.

Flexible Fast Charger Wall-and-Case Mount Set
Two-piece storage mount for the portable Flexible Fast Charger documented with the first-generation iX3: a wall plate retained by three 4.5 mm screw holes and a case-side bracket retained by two M4 x 12 fasteners. The creator printed and physically installed the set, and supplies separate watertight STL files. Verify the pictured charger housing and mounting-hole dimensions before printing because portable charger hardware varies by market and revision. Print vertically with four perimeters as documented, use PETG or another durable heat-resistant material, anchor into a suitable wall substrate, and confirm the charger and cable cannot fall, overheat, abrade, or strain electrical connections.

Front Ashtray Coin Organizer
Six-coin organizer sized for the front ashtray insert and physically tested by the creator in an X3 E83. It also retains the plastic cap from the rear lighter socket. This is an aftermarket accessory, so no BMW ashtray or console parent number is assigned. Use a cabin-heat-resistant material, confirm the insert is bonded securely as documented, and verify it does not obstruct the lighter socket or ashtray closure.

Trunk Child-Seat Anchor Cover
Replacement cover for a luggage-compartment child-restraint anchor, physically shown installed by the creator in a 2010 X3 E83. BMW catalogs identify the anthracite/black cover as 51473405879, item 12 with three per vehicle; grey 51473418987 and sand-beige 51473418986 are distinct trim variants and are not assigned. Confirm the interior color and VIN, and verify the cover clips securely without obstructing access to the restraint anchor.

Steering-Wheel Volume Button
Replacement plus/minus volume rocker modeled after the creator's broken multifunction steering-wheel button and physically shown loose and installed. The creator documents direct fitment to X3 E83 and X5 E53. BMW services the surrounding switch assembly rather than this printed child button separately, so no parent assembly number is assigned. Use a durable heat-resistant material, preserve free button travel, and verify all steering-wheel controls operate without sticking before driving.

Headlight Dust-Cover Latch Repair
Slide-on repair for a broken latch on the low-beam rear headlight dust cover, directly modeled and fit-tested by the creator for X3 E83 headlights. Molded marking 1305239123 is not an 11-digit BMW number; catalog number 63128381326 identifies the complete dust cover, not this printed latch repair, so it is deliberately withheld. Print in PETG or a higher-temperature engineering polymer and verify the cover remains sealed and removable after heat cycling.

Windscreen Cowl Mount Repair Set
Two-piece bolted replacement for missing metal staples that retain the lower-windscreen rain tray, with loose and installed physical evidence. The source's 51713401811 identifies the complete E83 windscreen-panel cover, while the printed geometry replaces its mounting feature, so that parent number is not assigned. Use a weather- and heat-resistant material, corrosion-resistant M5 hardware, and verify wiper clearance, water drainage and retention after installation.

Dashboard Vent Tab Set
Left and center replacement tabs for the movable dashboard air vents, modeled from the creator's 2007 X3 E83 and physically shown beside original vent tabs. The small movable tabs are not separately serviced by BMW; complete fresh-air grille numbers vary by position and production date, so no parent assembly number is assigned. Print in a cabin-heat-resistant material and verify smooth louver movement without rattle or binding.

Cigarette-Lighter Socket Retaining Ring
Replacement retaining ring for a loose center-console cigarette-lighter socket, supplied with multiple loose, installation and in-use physical views for an X3 E83. BMW catalog socket-mount and illuminated-ring numbers vary by location and production date, and the source does not identify which original child component this geometry reproduces, so no number is assigned. Use a heat-resistant material and verify electrical isolation, secure socket retention and plug clearance before use.

Trunk Cargo Hook
Clip-on cargo hook for the rear load-area rail, physically shown installed and documented by the creator as used reliably for more than a year. The creator directly lists X3 E83, 3 Series E46, X5 E53 and 5 Series E39 compatibility, so all four live generations are linked. This is an accessory rather than a reproduction of a BMW service part. Print in PETG as documented, observe sensible load limits, and confirm it cannot obstruct the rear seat or cargo cover.

Oil-Drain Access Cover
Replacement access cover for the oil-drain opening in the engine-compartment underbody screening, physically shown loose and installed by the creator. BMW catalogs identify this child cover as 51757261712, item 5 in the underhood-shield diagram; it is used on X3 F25 and X4 F26 applications, so both live generations are linked. The printed design uses lower U-nuts and hex screws rather than the original fastening method. Print in PETG or a higher-temperature engineering polymer, confirm the panel variant and VIN, and verify secure retention and clearance before driving.

Center-Console Pocket Divider
Tall and short divider variants that create a small pocket in the armrest center-console storage compartment, with direct physical installation evidence. The creator warns that console shapes vary by equipment version and recommends removable adhesive for retention. This is an aftermarket divider rather than a reproduction of the complete BMW storage compartment, so no parent assembly number is assigned. Confirm the console shape and telephone-equipment configuration, use a cabin-heat-resistant material, and verify that the armrest closes and stored items cannot interfere with controls.

MagSafe Center-Console Charging Tray
Multipart armrest-console tray for a MagSafe charging puck, physically shown installed in an X3 F25 and documented for 2011–2017 vehicles. The source includes original and current-puck top variants plus separate padding pieces; use only the matching top and padding set. This is an aftermarket charging accessory rather than a reproduction of a BMW service part, so no parent tray or telephone-option number is assigned. Use PETG, ABS or ASA for the body and TPU for padding as documented, verify S6NS/S6NW and earlier telephone-option console geometry, cable routing, heat, charging alignment and armrest closure before use.

Rear-Wiper Arm Cover
Replacement covering cap for the rear-window wiper arm, 3D-scanned from the original and physically shown loose, compared with the original and snapped onto the arm. BMW catalogs identify the original child component as 61687407276, rear-wiper diagram item 6, for X3 G01/G01 LCI, X3 M F97/F97 LCI and iX3 G08; Hubauer records supersession to 61625A9D577. Use ABS, ASA, PETG or another UV- and heat-resistant material, compare the clip geometry, confirm by VIN and verify secure retention and full wiper travel.

HiFi Amplifier Mount
Two-piece mount for a Musway M6 V3 DSP/amplifier, physically shown installed in the left rear cargo-area electronics space. The creator developed it on an X3 G01 LCI with the HiFi sound system and states that it is not compatible with the Harman Kardon system; assembly uses two M3x10 countersunk fasteners, one M6x20 fastener and two factory bolts. This is an aftermarket equipment mount, not a reproduction of a BMW service part, so no parent electronics or trim number is assigned. Confirm G01 LCI body, HiFi rather than Harman Kardon equipment, cable clearance, ventilation, fastening and trim-panel closure before use.

Wireless-Charging Phone Retainer
Drop-in frame for the factory wireless-charging pad that keeps a phone centered while leaving the charging-status LED visible. The creator recreated it on a 2021 X3 G01 for phones up to approximately 75 x 155 mm and reports using it with a device larger than the original iPhone 15-sized insert. This is an aftermarket retainer rather than the cataloged charging tray, so no parent assembly number is assigned. Confirm charging-pad and phone geometry, option equipment, charging alignment, heat, clearance and retention before driving; use PETG, ABS, ASA or another cabin-heat-resistant material.

Under-Seat Vent Cover
Clip-on honeycomb cover intended to stop small objects entering the open ventilation duct beneath a front seat, physically shown loose and installed by the creator on a 2024 X3 G01. This is an aftermarket guard rather than a reproduction of a separately serviced BMW child component, so no duct or floor parent number is assigned. Creator evidence is limited to model year 2024; confirm seat position, duct profile, side and production configuration, preserve airflow and seat wiring clearance, and use a cabin-heat-resistant material.

Lower-Dashboard Storage Organizer
Drop-in organizer for the small driver-side lower-dashboard compartment, with dedicated spaces for glasses, two valve-cap tools and a small lamp. The creator physically shows the organizer loose, loaded and installed in an X3 G01; the pictured M-style lettering is optional decorative geometry and is not a BMW trim or color claim. This is an aftermarket organizer rather than the surrounding storage-compartment assembly, so no parent number is assigned. The evidence shows a left-hand-drive layout; confirm LHD/RHD compartment geometry, trim and equipment, use a cabin-heat-resistant material and verify closure and pedal/control clearance.

Floor-Mat Retaining Clip
Replacement retaining clip for third-party winter floor mats. The creator designed and physically printed it after the supplied clip broke, and explicitly states it was used for the mats in a BMW X4 G02. Although G20 and G03 are suggested by the source, those fitments are not independently tested and are intentionally not linked. This is not represented as a genuine BMW component and no OEM number is assigned. Use a durable material such as PETG, ABS or nylon, compare the mating profile with the broken mat clip, and confirm that the mat is securely retained without interfering with pedal travel before driving.

Steering-Gear Input Dust Cover
Two-piece replacement dust cover for the steering-gear input shaft. The creator designed it specifically for the first-generation X5 steering rack and shows the printed cover installed around the shaft without removing the steering assembly. Print in a heat-resistant, tough material, secure the two halves as shown by the source, and verify full steering travel, shaft clearance and attachment security before driving. BMW does not catalog this input-shaft cover as a separately serviced child part, so no OEM number is assigned.

Frameless License-Plate Holder Adapter
Tapered adapter for mounting an aftermarket frameless Plateholder bracket to the original front bumper mounting surface. The creator designed it for a short German plate after removing the wide factory plate carrier and shows the printed adapters installed on the vehicle. Print one adapter for each attachment point, use suitable exterior-grade material and hardware, and confirm bumper style, plate dimensions, local visibility rules and secure retention before road use. This interfaces with aftermarket hardware and is not assigned a BMW OEM number.

Door-Lock Pin Trim
Replacement trim sleeve surrounding the interior door-lock pin. The creator modeled it as a solid, friction-fit alternative to the original slotted piece, physically compared the print with the original and shows it installed in the door top. It corresponds to BMW locking-button cover 51 41 8 408 567, used on front and rear E53 door trims. Print in a UV- and heat-resistant material, compare the sleeve and pin travel with the original, and ensure the lock pin moves freely before use.

Facelift High-Beam Access Cover
Replacement rear access cover for the high-beam bulb opening on facelift headlamp assemblies. The creator replicated a perished cover from a 2005 vehicle, physically printed the replacement in ABS and reused the original rubber seal. Public BMW catalog evidence identifies the serviced high-beam cover as 63 12 6 940 252 for facelift E53 headlamps. Use only on matching 10/2003-on headlamp assemblies, transfer an undamaged seal, use heat-resistant material and confirm a dry, secure seal before driving.

Roof-Rack Cover Cap
Replacement cap for the roof-rack system pictured by the creator, explicitly identified for first- and second-generation X5 applications. The source includes a physical printed cap and vehicle/rack context, but does not establish that every factory or aftermarket rail and crossbar profile uses the same interface. Compare the mating profile and dimensions with the missing cap, print in a UV-, heat- and weather-resistant material, and confirm secure retention before driving. No OEM number is assigned because the exact rack variant is not independently established.
First-Aid Compartment Carpet Clip
Replacement upper carpet-retaining clip for the left luggage-compartment first-aid-kit recess. The creator identifies the design specifically for the second-generation X5, calls for two clips and documents physically printing it in PLA. Because the archived source provides CAD views rather than an installed comparison, verify the prong spacing, panel thickness and secure retention against the surviving clip before use; prefer a heat-resistant automotive material. No OEM number is assigned because the exact serviced clip identity is not established from the source.

Center-Console Blanking Plate
Replacement blanking plate for the center-armrest storage opening after removal of the factory telephone cradle. The creator modeled it for the second-generation X5, shows it physically fitted and states that the friction-fit print replaces BMW cover 51 16 9 115 083 without reproducing the original clips. BMW catalog evidence also lists that cover for the contemporary X6 E71/E72. Confirm the telephone/storage-console configuration and applicable option equipment by VIN, use a heat-resistant material, and verify that the plate remains secure without interfering with adjacent wiring or sockets.

Hood Washer-Hose Clip Set
Two-size replacement clip set for retaining the windscreen-washer hose along the underside of the hood. The creator specifies three standard clips and two 8 mm clips for the second-generation X5, and provides both an installed hood view and loose physical prints. Print in a heat-, moisture- and fatigue-resistant material, compare each clip and hose diameter with the originals, route the hose without kinks, and confirm clearance before closing the hood. No OEM number is assigned because BMW public catalogs do not establish these modeled clips as separately serviced child parts; hose and nozzle parent assemblies are deliberately not used.

Rear Reflector Delete Pair
Honeycomb-pattern replacement pair for the red rear-bumper reflectors fitted to the US-market X5 M. The creator hand-measured the originals, reproduced the factory mounting features, also provides a flat adhesive-backed alternative, and documents the printed pair installed for one year. This fitment is limited to the F85 X5 M rear bumper; standard F15 bumpers and non-US configurations must be checked separately. The modeled pair replaces left reflector 63 14 7 850 005 and right reflector 63 14 7 850 006. Print in a UV- and heat-resistant automotive material, preserve rear parking-sensor clearance, and note that deleting mandated reflectors may be unlawful for road use in some markets.

Rear-Seat Legroom LED Frame and Diffuser
Frame and translucent diffuser for adding a slim legroom light along the upper rear seat-back panel. The creator identifies the design for the contemporary X5 and X6, supplies separate frame and diffuser files plus a combined-print alternative, states that both parts were printed in PETG, and shows the assembly physically installed. This is an electrical lighting retrofit rather than a verified replacement for a catalogued BMW component, so no OEM number is assigned. Confirm seat-back trim geometry, wiring, fuse protection, heat clearance and secure retention before use; never route wiring through seat airbag or adjustment paths.

Rear-Door Sunshade Retaining Clip
Replacement retaining hook for the roller sunshade in a rear door. The creator modeled it for the fourth-generation X5, shows the printed clip next to the original, and documents it installed and holding the shade. The printed hook is intentionally slightly shorter than the original. BMW component 51 35 7 479 511 is catalogued for the G05 X5 and G06 X6 rear-door shade application, so both evidence-backed generations are linked. Fitment requires the rear side-window roller sunblind equipment; confirm door trim, shade and mounting geometry by VIN. Print in a heat-resistant automotive material and test smooth release and secure retention before road use.

Carpuride C94 Dashboard Mount
Dash-cubby mount for the 10.26-inch Carpuride C94 display, physically fitted and tested by the creator in a 2013 X6. This submission includes only the source's tested 2 mm support version; the later 3 mm support variant was not test-fitted and is excluded. Use a heat-resistant cabin-suitable material, confirm the dashboard cubby geometry before printing, and route the display cable without obstructing vents, controls, airbags or driver visibility.

Rear Seat-Back Upper Hook
Replacement upper hook bonded to the rear seat-back trim shell. The creator modeled it from a 3D scan of the original F16 component, physically compared the printed replacement with the original, and later corrected the upper section for proper attachment. Mirror the supplied file for the opposite side. Use a heat-resistant, tough cabin-suitable material, verify the hook orientation and seat-back shell geometry before bonding, and keep adhesive and the printed part clear of seat latches, belts, airbags and folding mechanisms.

Seat-Rail Guide Bushing
Replacement guide bushing for the seat-drive screw where worn originals cause seat wobble. The source identifies the problem on this vehicle and shows the worn assembly and printed bushing; four are required per seat. Seat removal and disassembly are required, so isolate the battery, observe restraint-system precautions, and verify full travel and secure locking before driving.

Centre-Console Accessory Blank and USB Insert
Two alternatives for the small centre-console accessory opening: a plain blank and a USB insert. The creator reports exact fit on this generation. BMWFans and RealOEM identify the original plain plug as 51168400712, introduced January 1996; dry-fit before installing any connector and keep wiring fused and clear of controls.

Dashboard Accessory Blank and Microphone Insert
Plain and microphone-opening alternatives for the dashboard switch opening. The creator reports that the cover fits correctly. BMWFans and RealOEM identify the plain cover as 51168104346 and include this generation in its applications. Confirm microphone retention and keep wiring clear of HVAC and control mechanisms.

Wide Centre-Console Blank and USB Insert
Plain and USB alternatives for the wider centre-console accessory slot. The creator reports correct fit. BMWFans identifies original cover 51162492136 from January 1997 with this generation in its applications. Dry-fit the chosen insert and secure any connector and wiring before use.

Headlight-Switch Knob
Replacement headlight-switch knob that the creator printed and used after the original disintegrated. The knob body was measured from the original but the decorative cap profile was reconstructed without an original cap, so no BMW component number is assigned. It requires an M5-0.8 nut; verify positive switch operation and retention before driving.

Interior Door-Handle Bezel
Replacement interior door-handle surround shown as a finished physical print from several angles. Test-fit without forcing the trim, confirm the handle returns freely, and use a cabin-heat-resistant material.

Remote Key Receiver Housing
Two-piece housing and lid for the remote-key receiver when fitting a smaller replacement rear-view mirror with a compatible tri-lobe adapter. The creator reports mounting and using the replacement mirror. Secure the receiver and wiring without obstructing mirror adjustment or visibility.

Soft-Top Tension-Cable Grommet
Wear grommet for the Roadster soft-top tension cable. It replaces only the damaged grommet, not the complete BMW tension-cable assembly 54318400951, so that parent number is deliberately omitted. Inspect the cable and top mechanism, and verify unrestricted roof travel before use.

Rear-Console Cupholder
Two-piece cupholder and mounting insert for the rear-console slot behind the handbrake in the creator's 1999 2.5-litre Roadster. The source shows it installed. Bond or fasten the parts securely and confirm handbrake, seat and belt-buckle clearance.

Extended Seatbelt-Guide Repair
Longer repair guide for the Roadster and M Roadster seatbelt guide, independently remeasured after a shorter design moved in use. The creator reports successful PETG use and shows it installed. This is a trim guide, not a restraint anchor; confirm the belt feeds and retracts freely and never modify the belt or anchor.

Right-Side Dashboard Vent
Replacement right-side dashboard vent designed to snap into the original opening and reported as an effortless installation. It is the passenger-side vent on LHD cars and driver-side vent on RHD cars. BMWFans identifies the right defroster-nozzle cover as 64228399954 from September 1995. Verify louvre movement, duct sealing and dashboard retention.

Centre-Console Cable-Pass-Through Blank
Custom blank for routing microphone or charging cable through an unused centre-console button opening in the creator's 2002 car, shown installed. Secure and fuse powered wiring, protect cable edges, and keep controls unobstructed.

Seatbelt-Guide Repair Sleeve
Screw-retained sleeve for a broken lower finger on the passenger-seat belt guide in the creator's 2002 car. The installed repair, original damage and break diagrams are documented. It does not replace the belt or anchor; verify smooth belt feed and retraction before driving.

Glovebox Latch Strike Plate
Exact-copy replacement for the upper glovebox latch catch, shown installed. RealOEM and BMWFans identify the separately serviced upper catch as 51161849472 and show it in the glovebox diagram for this generation. Verify the lid latches, releases and sits flush without excessive force.

Floor Sealing Plug
Caliper-modeled replacement for deteriorated floor plugs in the creator's 1998 car, shown installed and compared with the original. The TPU print was accidentally rain-tested and reported watertight. Inspect the surrounding metal, use compatible sealant only if required, and verify water sealing.

Fuel-Cap Retaining Lanyard
Flexible replacement retaining lanyard for a broken or missing fuel cap tether in the creator's 2002 car, shown installed. No separately serviced BMW number was established for the printed tether. Confirm the cap seals and the lanyard cannot foul the filler neck or flap.

Removable Centre-Console Armrest
Removable armrest shown physically installed over the centre console. Confirm handbrake, shifter, belt-buckle and seat-travel clearance and remove it if it can interfere with any control.

Seat-Drive Housing
Replacement housing for the seat-drive mechanism used in both Roadster and Coupe. The creator reports the ABS version has worked for seven years and recommends nylon; STEP geometry is included. Seat removal is required, so isolate the battery, observe restraint-system precautions, and verify travel, locking and fastener torque before driving.

Mirror-Glass Carrier Plate
Replacement carrier plate for the exterior mirror glass, physically shown loose and installed on the mirror mechanism. The creator states that it accepts both twist-on and clip-on brackets. This is a mirror-glass support, not the complete mirror assembly; verify secure engagement, adjustment range, heating-wire clearance and an unobstructed field of view before driving.

Folding-Top Compartment Circlip
Printed replacement for the four retaining circlips on the Roadster folding-top compartment shelf. The creator reports PETG as strong enough. RealOEM and BMWFans identify the separately serviced circlip as 54317113270, used from September 2002 on E85 Roadsters in LHD and RHD markets. Confirm all four clips retain the shelf without obstructing roof movement.

Dual 52 mm Ashtray Gauge Pod
Ashtray-panel replacement for two 52 mm gauges, shown physically installed. Installation requires trimming the original ashtray carrier; confirm gauge depth, wiring, shifter and control clearance, fuse any added electrical circuits and keep all warning lamps and controls visible.

Wheel-Housing Service-Flap Clip
Two-piece clip for the wheel-housing service flap, shown installed, loose and after extended use. The creator reports that PLA softened but still held after two years and recommends a more heat-resistant material. BMW does not service this clip separately from the surrounding flap, so no parent-assembly number is assigned. Verify closure and tyre, lamp and suspension clearance.

DIY Wind-Deflector Mount Set
Four-piece mounting set for a creator-built acrylic Roadster wind deflector, physically shown after printing. It uses M8 fasteners and hooks around the roll hoops. Inspect the acrylic edges and fasteners, use locking hardware, and verify seat, belt, roof, rear-view and emergency-egress clearance before driving.

Folding-Top Hydraulic-Motor Relocation Mount
Trunk-wall relocation mount for the Roadster folding-top hydraulic motor. The creator and beta testers report over a year of successful use when secured with two zip ties; the relevant physical motor-and-mount image and CAD views are retained. Mount upright with the reservoir uppermost, fasten to suitable metal, protect hoses and wiring, and cycle the roof while checking leaks, chafe, clearance and emergency operation.
Stowed Wind-Deflector Mount Set
Three-part left/right-mirrored mount set for storing the removable Roadster wind deflector behind the seats, shown installed in four physical views. The design uses four M3 nuts, M3x12 screws, spacers and nut holders. Confirm fastener retention and seat, belt, roof and rear-view clearance.
Dashboard Cupholder Swivel Arm
Replacement swivelling support arm for a broken dashboard cupholder, shown in the opened installed assembly and beside the original mechanism. Mirror the model for the opposite side. Verify smooth deployment, positive stowage and secure cup support without obstructing the vent or passenger airbag area.

Black Centre-Console Screw Cover
Replacement black screw cover for the centre console, shown installed and as loose physical prints. RealOEM and BMWFans identify the compatible separately serviced black plug as 51167906699, produced from April 2005 and used on E85 Roadster and E86 Coupe interiors. Confirm the black trim specification and opening shape before fitting.

Rear-Console Drink Holder
Push-fit single- and double-container holders for the small rear-console recess behind the handbrake. The creator designed and printed them for a 2004 Roadster, including a 473 ml can version. Confirm handbrake, shifter, seat, belt-buckle and roof-control clearance and remove the holder if it can interfere.
Dashboard Screw-Cover Cap
Replacement 8 mm dashboard screw cap, shown as a loose physical print beside its screw. The source identifies E85 fitment but no separately serviced BMW component number; do not force the cap, and verify colour, diameter and trim retention.

Headlight-Washer Cover Support Frame
Small support frame that attaches the painted headlight-washer cover to the washer nozzle, shown physically installed after the creator's one-year ABS test. BMW supplies the frame only with the complete nozzle, so no parent-assembly number is assigned. Verify cover retention, nozzle extension and legal washer operation.

Headlight-Washer Nozzle Ball
Replacement ball outlet for a cracked headlight-washer nozzle, shown loose and fitted to the original sprayer. The creator bonded the PLA part with water-resistant adhesive and notes that the bore may need careful finishing. No complete-nozzle parent number is assigned; verify sealing, spray direction, cover clearance and legal washer operation before driving.

Centre-Console Pen Clip
Replacement clip for the centre-console pen recess, shown installed with and without a pen and as loose physical prints. BMW services the clip only with the larger ashtray insert, so parent number 51167026219 is deliberately omitted. Confirm retention and keep loose objects clear of the handbrake and shifter.

Headlight-Washer Nozzle Cover Pair
Left and right headlight-washer nozzle covers, shown as a physical print. The E85/E86 source identity corresponds to the facelift bumper with headlight cleaning system S502A. RealOEM identifies primed left 51117078261 and right 51117078262 from January 2006; confirm production date, bumper, side, paint code and S502A before finishing and fitting.

Door and Boot Lock Cover Set
Creator-printed protective caps for exposed door and boot lock openings. Only the source-designated 20 mm door cap and 36 mm flat boot cap are retained; four alternate test sizes are excluded. Confirm opening diameter, key access where required, drainage and secure retention.

Centre Dash-Vent Louver
Replacement internal louver for the centre dashboard vent, with a dashboard-location diagram and CAD view. The creator reports using it to restore broken, non-adjustable air diverters. Match the original orientation, use cabin-heat-resistant material and verify smooth adjustment without binding.
